They are friendly and efficient, they have always helped me out in a difficult situation and delivered the documents required

I have used Global Apostille twice now and both times they delivered on their promises. My documents were done in 7-10 days and I received it safely, even in another country. I would definitely recommend Global Apostille to anyone in need!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Aida Sala is not professional in the handling of documents. If you have a deadline IT WILL BE MISSED! She will not answer your emails and you will be left in the dark regarding the entire process.
I applied for an express PCC for my USA visa application. I received my documents from Aida 19 days later (when the webiste and she mentioned they have a 15 day turnaround process). I had deadlines to meet and when I tried getting in touch with Aida she was always "with a client" or "not in office", emails were left unanswered! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I strongly recommend them for reliability and trustworthiness. Got my documents a few days after 5 working days. In this regard, I feel the turn around time 3 to 5 working days processing needs an adjustment as unforeseen delays can happen. In my case, my overseas employer was impatient , it put me under a lot of pressure and frustration, l was told they are moving on with other applicants who were document ready. Despite unfoseeable delays, service was delivered and l am happy that at least am document ready and can explore other avenues with confidence.

Amazing service! Had my DIRCO apostille of my birth certificate inside of a week. Aida was lovely and helpful. Could not have asked for better service.

I don't recommend this company because they give false turnaround times even if you pay extra for the "expedite" services. They also won't give a refund if they don't deliver in the time that they promised. Not worth the money and rather find another company to translate or acquire your documents.

I googled an apostille service provider and found this company and quickly scanned the reviews and it looked great. Correspondence was very quick at first and I paid the deposit and sent the document. I was told that it would take 3 days and that I can collect. I advised them that I will not be collecting and they offered an overnight courier services which I accepted, and this was included on the quote and the subsequent deposit. On day 3 I followed up to make sure that the document will be sent out with the courier as agreed and then I was informed that they have not received my document, that it will only be sent out the next day and that the courts were not working the previous day. No one informed me of this delay, and communications also became slower just prior to my call. I was expected to be home on a Saturday to wait for the courier, this was unreasonable and if the courier arrived after 12:00 it would have been too late for me to be able to send the document to the USA which takes 3 days in time for my daughter's green card interview with the consulate. They did not seem to concerned or phased with this dilemma and said that I can collect on Friday, but I explained that I work in another province so it would not be possible and not what was paid and agreed too, they offered to send the document to the mine where I worked but there is not really an option to receive deliveries here. They then said they can also send the document on my behalf to the USA, but if they were unable to keep to a local delivery, I did not have faith or trusted them enough to take a chance to send it abroad. I also needed to include a commissioned copy of my ID with the apostilled document. They then said seeing that I do not want to accept any of their suggestions that they will rather refund me. Which they did within the hour, however they do not understand and take accountability for the delay and time wasted and possible detrimental consequences this could have or will have on the whole process. I was clear from day 1 what my timelines and expectations were. In my personal capacity I would not recommend or use them again. I found an actual lawyer that will do the same in the same time frame, who is much more courteous, professional, friendly, willing to assist and less expensive, and offered to do certain parts for free and meet me after hours on a weekend and charged no VAT.

Aida's service was par excellence from the first email right upto the end. Keep up the exceptional work! Will definitely work with them in the future.

Overall very happy as I received my documents. Global Apostille (with trading name Frenchside Translation) delivered my birth certificate within 28 working days. I was initially told it would take 15 working days, so this is almost double, but despite that, it's a lot quicker than when I applied myself (I've been waiting for over 11 months, and still waiting). My police clearance was ready after 19 working days. This is also more than double the estimated timeframe of 7 working days I was given, but still much quicker than doing it myself. The apostille for both documents took only 4 working days.

I will use them again if I need expedited documents in the future. They may be ambitious with the target dates, but in the end they delivered.

This service was amazing and a real lifesaver. Aida was very professional and quick to respond to questions. Like other have said, the whole process took a little longer than advertised, but otherwise it was flawless. We ordered two letters of non-impediment which are a real pain to get outside SA. I relied heavily on these reviews when trying to figure out how to get apostilled documents while living in a country without an embassy. So let me just say that I highly recommend Global Apostille.
