Amanda has been one of the best things that happened to our Amazon business for a long time. She took over our restricted ASIN case and within a course of week, she managed to reinstate our listing back. Since the beginning of our case, her communication with us was outstanding. She knew what needed to be done and implemented her plan step by step and kept us in the loop at every stage. What’s even more amazing is that she does not even hesitate to go the extra mile for her clients. 5 stars is not enough for her service. This was the 2nd time we worked with Appeal Wizards. I’m very grateful to the Appeal Wizards team for their help with my account suspension. Dealing with Amazon is a straight up Kafkaesque bureaucratic nightmare. You’ll give them a well thought out plan of action and all the documentation they asked for, only get a nonsensical reply back. On my own, I honestly would have just given up during this process. But my case manager Amanda was patient and did everything she could to keep things moving forward with my appeal. Eventually, her hard work paid off, and my account was reinstated. I’d recommend Amanda and all of the Appeal Wizards team to anyone facing a difficult Amazon issue. As I’ve learned, it’s definitely worth having an expert that can guide you through the process.

Monika explained the whole strategy and guided me through every step. I can´t recommend them enough. Had some issues with my amazon seller account, but thanks to their wizardry it´s all up and running now. Thank you!

Got stuck for months with Amazon on a multiple account issue. The competent team of Appeal Wizards put a lot of effort in to succeed in getting it back running again. Highly recommendable!

Five months ago I was deactivated on Amazon for misbranded ASINs (an absolute nightmare, and usually the mark of death). For FIVE months Amanda wrote appeals, went back and forth with Amazon associates daily, and kept me motivated when all hope seemed to be lost multiple times. Amanda went above and beyond, adjusting her strategy every time that Amazon threw a curve ball our way. If I could rate her service 7000 stars I would. Appeal Wizard were very professional from the very beginning. Everyone was very knowledgable and easy to work with. Amanda went above and beyond to get two Amazon deactivated accounts reinstated. She never gave up and kept coming with new ideas. She is one of the best people I've worked with in the ecom space. I'll definitely recommend them.

It was a pleasure to work with my case manager Ms. Monika. Such a professional and always there to support at every step of my amazon seller central issues. Ms. Monika was always prompt in helping at every step of the process.

My Amazon account was suspended due to related/linked accounts but I had no idea how as I’ve never had another account. After tons of research, I knew this would be tough to appeal & it was as my appeals were rejected multiple times. Hired Appeal Wizards & they warned me these types of cases are tough to win. Amanda who was assigned to my case was amazing & communication was consistent! Was provided case updates even when there were no updates. End result was they GOT MY ACCOUNT REINSTATED! I could not believe it, but they did it. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anybody who got their Amazon account suspended!

Amanda is my case manager, she is still working on getting my account reactivated. Amazon is giving us some difficulties with new invoices. However, Amanda was able to get my appeal approved. At times Amazon didn’t give me much hope but Amanda has not given up on my account. She has gone above and beyond to help me. Asked appealwizard to work on my deactivation Sept 2021. They submitted last appeal in January 2022 and didn't work. Dissatisfied!!!!!! Please do not ask me to remove this comment. Thanks

George and his whole Appeal Wizards team were phenomenal. Monika was my case manager, she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything in place to appeal my account. We finally had everything ready to roll and we submitted it for review to Amazon. In less than 1 hour I have my account back up and running. I cannot thank them enough for their expertise and hard work. Thank you Appeal Wizards.

Appeal wizards did manage to get my account back after almost a month. The only complaint I have is that the case worker is on Turkey Time and is not able to be in contact very quickly if you have a question or concern. You only have email as a way of contact so no phone calls during an emergency and no weekends!
Again the case worker did a good job in the end and managed to get the account back for me and I'm truly grateful. The time difference made a huge difference though as it took much longer than I would have expected and the case worker being 5 hours ahead made it difficult to get things done in a timely manner.
Overall a good experience albeit expensive.

Had some Problems and they contacted Me Immediately and Solved them all FAST- 5 Stars
