I’ve just graduated from the Level 4 Sales Executive apprenticeship programme, and I found the entire course and structure built around it by ApprentiFy to be fantastic. They were incredibly thorough in preparing us for the end point assessment, and I felt extremely confident going into every stage – the preparation really set us all up for success.

From day one, ApprentiFy set clear expectations and were very flexible in situations where classroom sessions were missed. The whole process was also very efficient, and there was always someone on hand to offer support whenever it was needed.

I also found that every trainer who led sessions was highly capable and delivered them brilliantly.

My training coach was really helpful in terms of getting me through my EPA especially when I was initially struggling, the team at Apprentify is very supportive!

Really enjoyed my apprenticeship with Apprentify. The webinars were very informative and my coach was so supportive.

I have done a Software Tester L4 Apprenticeship recently, and the apprenticeship was what I expected, and in many ways it exceeded those expectations. It provided a good balance between learning and practical experience, allowing me to apply what I learned directly in the workplace.

The structure of the programme, along with the support from tutors and coaches, matched what I was hoping for and helped me stay on track throughout. I also gained a clearer understanding of my role and developed skills that I knew would be important for my future.

I was lucky to have an amazing development coach like Nihal Cinar, who made a genuine difference to my growth and confidence. From the start, she created an environment where I felt supported, listened to, and encouraged to be honest about both my strengths and the areas I needed to improve. What I appreciated most was her ability to guide rather than direct. She consistently asked thoughtful, challenging questions that helped me reflect more deeply and come to my own conclusions. This approach not only built my confidence but also helped me develop lasting skills in problem-solving and self-awareness. Nihal struck a great balance between encouragement and constructive challenge. She recognised progress in a way that motivated me, while also pushing me beyond my comfort zone when it mattered most. Nihal's feedback was always clear, practical, and easy to apply, which made a real impact on my day-to-day development.

I had amazing trainers, Mark Benzar and Gio. Mark Benzar created a positive and engaging learning environment, which made the sessions both enjoyable and productive. He was always supportive and approachable, offering clear explanations and useful examples that helped reinforce my understanding. Thanks to his guidance, I feel much more confident in my knowledge of the ISTQB syllabus and better prepared to apply it in practice. I am also thankful for the support that I have received from Gio. She has been a great trainer for programming and has made a real impact on my learning. She explains concepts clearly and breaks down complex topics into manageable steps, which makes it much easier to understand and apply them in practice. What I appreciated most was her patience and willingness to support everyone, no matter their starting level. She created a positive and encouraging environment where it felt comfortable to ask questions and learn from mistakes. Gio also focused on practical application, which really helped build my confidence in coding and problem-solving. Thanks to her guidance, I feel much more capable and prepared to continue developing my programming skills.

I had extra support through Cognassist, with meetings each month throughout my apprenticeship, and this helped me a lot. These sessions provided an additional layer of guidance and encouragement, allowing me to address any challenges, track my progress, and set clear goals for my development. The regular check-ins made me feel supported and valued, as there was always someone taking the time to understand my individual needs and provide tailored advice. This extra support not only boosted my confidence but also helped me stay on track and make the most of my apprenticeship experience. I am grateful for this support given from Chris Elphick and Andrew Stayner.

Overall, the apprenticeship met my expectations and delivered a really positive and valuable experience.

Apprentify have helped nurture me into the sales person i am today. From the very start they supplied me with all the tools i needed to become an excellent sales person. I couldn’t thank them anymore.

Great coach and people (Andy and Steve) but content and delivery methods not so great.

I would have benefitted from in person learning, coaching and feedback. Too much of the course was delivered through an online platform with Americanised and external subscription content.

To improve for future learners, more practical sessions giving feedback and sharing best practice would make a real difference. I really enjoyed Steve's sessions but they needed to be throughout the programme and not front loaded.

I gained knowledge and skills from the programme and thankful to Andy for his support throughout.

I had a great experience with Apprentify! My development coaches Dawn and Bianca were both really helpful and I came out with a distinction!

Left a comfortable job to pursue a career in content creation after having the role sold to me by apprentify.

The company they partnered with laid me off after 3 weeks with no warning.

I have had no help in finding another role, and I'm really disappointed.

The training itself was nothing you couldn't find yourself on coursera/google ads etc.

I recently resigned from Apprentify…

During my time there, I was repeatedly placed in situations that I felt were professionally unfair and outside the scope of what I believed my role should reasonably require. Expectations frequently shifted, and there was ongoing pressure to adapt delivery and responsibilities in ways that created ethical and professional tension.

I raised concerns internally about alignment and fairness of expectations. However, I did not feel those concerns were meaningfully addressed, and over time the environment became increasingly difficult to operate in with integrity.

There are hardworking individuals within the organisation, but the overall culture felt heavily sales-driven, reactive, and at times dismissive of professional challenge.

I ultimately resigned because I was not comfortable continuing in an environment where I felt my professional standards were compromised.

I've had a brilliant experience with Apprentify, development coach Steven Spedding and trainer Sheryl Higgins are absolutely fantastic. Very helpful and know their stuff. Well organised provider and couldn't be any better.

A great course that really helped me from a retailer to a seller perspective

Coaches have a huge workload and not enough time to properly support you. The company rushes you to get to the end point assessment because they want you to pass as quickly as possible so they can receive the government funding.

Apprentify were brilliant, great coaches, tutors, and overall support and up to date information was spot on!

The online classrooms were utterly pointless and reduced the amount of time I could have spent actually learning.

When I started the course, I was the least experienced student in my cohort in data analytics, but this didn’t discourage me. Although I had never worked with Python and SQL, my confidence grew as the course progressed with your support. I can now handle and analyse data with much confidence. Moreover, a distinction grade is the cherry on the cake.

The course was excellent, very informative and the support the staff and everyone in the wider team gave was great; they're always there to support and help you get through the course with ease. Definitely recommend courses via apprentify for anyone building their career.

Great experience, all the lessons were very interactive and fun too.

I am extremely pleased with my apprenticeship that was delivered by Apprentify. The entire syllabus was easy to follow with things like project/exam dates and learning resources being easily accessible through the learning platform BUD. Overall, the support i was given was really good, which can be backed up by the fact i have achieved a distinction grade which i am extremely thankful for.

My trainer Stephen Spedding was amazing, and was extremely helpful from start to finish, constantly giving tips and advice on how to answer questions and areas that can be improved.

The only downside would be that the once a month classroom sessions that last a whole day can be quite underwhelming, but the trainers do try their best to keep them as interactive as possible.
