I needed unoccupied house insurance and both the people I spoke to were so friendly and professional and had me sorted out in no time at all. The insurance was cheaper than anywhere else, even with the change in insurance type (previously I had just had normal house Insurance). Highly recommend.

Very helpful customer services

Used apricot for car insurance and everything went smoothly from the start. Had to cancel early due to getting a new car but Ruth who handled my insurance managed to waive my £75 cancellation fee. She was incredible helpful! Would 100% use again just had a cheaper quote for new car elsewhere (although at the time these were much cheaper than the rest for my other car)
