Yeah, there may be bugs in some of you mugs, but there ain't no bugs on me!
Excellent group of people and haven't been invaded by spiders, ants, rats, anything for years now. Even outdoor cat doesn't come home with ticks, except maybe 1x/year. Much less than 3-5x/year. The cat likes tick-prone yard areas. And, we're in NoVa;) Lyme ridden Dear-tick capital.

The little ants have been inundating my…
The little ants have been inundating my sinks in the kitchen and bathroom again after the last treatments.
The first spraying had eliminated them for a while, but they are back shortly after the last spraying.

Aptive has a star Technician...Jerome
Jerome my technician was prompt, knowledgeable and professional. I have done business with the largest pest control companies eg., Western, Terminex and Orkin but Aptive is better more comprehensive and cheaper than these and Jerome is the best tech I have experienced.

Technician did not enter inside the…
Technician did not enter inside the property. This happens often. Furthermore, I don’t feel the cost justifies the tiny amount of product being applied, especially when considered the high dilution of effective ingredient and the few minutes it takes to apply. I’ve needed to have technicians re-apply when bugs re-appear shortly after application.

The young man was very polite and fast
The young man was very polite and fast, but I did not see him do the whole back yard, behind sheds…. And this is our main concern, we have two dogs, and with ticks being out of control this year, we’re very concerned!

Cancelation of service
This service was created by Aptive. I responded and told them not to come until November due to the fact that I do not have monthly service. A technician still showed up the next morning. My partner had him spray the garage and around the house and inside. So, we were charged$150. I don't agree with any of this. I will be canceling my service with your company on October 15th.
