The pest control people are very good. The customer service people are great but the payment system is not.

Quarterly pest service is always…

Quarterly pest service is always thorough and we have noted a number of dead cockroaches outside near house in the few days following treatment.

Service representative was very polite but did a poor job on knocking down the cobwebs.

Pay for Treatment but they don't want provide service

I signed a year contract with Aptive and completed it on 7/31/25, I cancelled account number 3414196, on 8/5/25 but Aptive wants me to pay for the month of August, even though they didn't provide me with service for the month. I stated, I would pay for the service but you have to come out and spray but they refused. Why would I pay for a service, I didn't receive?

This young man did not come to the door…

This young man did not come to the door to introduce himself. I wanted him to spray inside the house as well! He only communicated thru text before he arrived!

They did not complete service

They did not complete service. I called and spoke with a manager for a reschedule and no one has called me back or even sent me an email. I have been with Aptive for sometime now but it seems like I am getting the run around. I am not happy at all.

Happy Customer

I very much appreciate the high level of communication. I receive a text when I am scheduled for a treatment; the customer care person texts me when he is on his way, he reports back following service and includes pictures. The level of bugs in our home is way down. I am super happy that we chose to make a change to Aptive. Highly Recommend.

Ineffective

Everyone I’ve spoken to has been really nice and polite. But my yard is still SWARMING with mosquitos. When you get out of the car in the driveway, they’re on you instantly. I have seen less roaches in and around the house but they’re still very much present.

Pass for a more established company next time

We were promised whole house and yard spraying by the salesperson. The techs just spray around the base of the house and eaves.

Their scheduling is a mess, we get mutliple confirmations and appointments within days of each trying to overlap and charge for extra visits.

Aptive is able to protect the home from the outside in.
Scheduling would be made more convenient with a quarterly option and to be able to specify am or pm.

I continue to have problems with ants…

I continue to have problems with ants which I’ve mentioned twice in the last two visits. For the cost of the service it just doesn’t seem reasonable, particularly with the poor performance.

Your technician was uncommunicative

Your technician was uncommunicative, and frankly rude. This service was to check the annual termite stations and I’ve found several still covered with pine straw undisturbed. This type of service isn’t what I experience with the techs supporting my regular pest service. On his initial service phone call I thought he was for pest service which I had a week prior so I was a bit confused, then checked my calendar to see it was the annual termite review. Never contacted me after the inspection- just drove away.
