I was told by the salesperson that the…

I was told by the salesperson that the payment would be $59/quarter, but its $59/month! She lied to me. Also the bugs are still here and my kids and i are getting bit up everytime we go in the yard. I have had them come spray multiple times and still having issues.

Scheduling department is inept.

First off, your service members are courteous when they arrive and listen to my concerns.
However, its your scheduling and billing I have serious issues with.
1. I continually ask for service every OTHER month, but your scheduling department schedules me for EVERY month. Tired of having to call about this.
2. I got an email offering a free termite inspection. Instead, they sent out for regular treatment and billed me. NOT what I asked for.
3. I've asked twice for refill sticky pads for the SAFER indoor bug light, havent received any.
4. I drove over to your local office on N. Lamar during office hours, no one there.
5. If these concerns cannot be addressed, you can cancel my any future service with me.

Great experience.

they are always so quick and quiet. In and out in a short amount of time. Always very respectful and professional. I like that they message you on the way and then send a final report via text. Great experience.

You guys have charged me 4 times

You guys have charged me 4 times. You have only been inside my house once. You give me times when no one is home. You havent done my back yard at all. I am doing all of the spraying on my own, but yet I am still paying you guys. I try to get ahold of you via your website and it goes into a loop. I just want to cancel my service please.

Contract Misinformation!!!

A lot of misinformation on this service. I was a loyal customer that re-signed up again but after this experience I will never go back to this company and inform everyone in my neighborhood and everyone I know NOT TO SIGN ANY CONTRACTS with them. I should have given ZERO stars if that is an option!!!!

The service was excellent, but….

The service was excellent. Quick, thorough and reacted to my suggestions. One point deducted because they were scheduled for last week and never showed or informed me of a problem. I just got a notification of a new day after the fact.

Whoever is Managing Austin Texas needs…

Whoever is Managing Austin Texas needs to learn to actually communicate and reach out to customers who have requested a conversation... multiple techs, and multiple phone agents overseas have told me that a request has been sent (or a direct conversations has been had) with the Austin manager.. But I NEVER have received a call from him. I need to confirm that the pest treatment instructions for my property were added to my account ... they have been incorrect for years and I sent new text instructions to the last tech but he couldn't add them to my account and said the manager would have to. CALL ME to confirm they were added (and leave a voicemail if I don't answer!!!) 512-947-3705

I dislike the fact that I waited at…

I dislike the fact that I waited at home all day for the treatment and the technician came in at 7:00pm. It kept me from getting things done outside my home because I was waiting. I want to change my service hours to be between the 8:00am to 12:00 noon.
