Their actual services are good, but I have had multiple problems with their scheduling software trying to schedule more appointments than I want without telling me. I have had to remember when their last appointment was to ensure they are the frequency I want.

The people are great, but your product doesn’t work
The people are great, it’s your product that doesn’t work. The voles, moles , and pocket gofers are still as bad as when you started treatment. It has NOT gotten any better. I’m paying monthly for this service and have not gotten any results. My neighbor has Orkin and doesn’t have any more problems.

The techs will check to see if there are any specific areas that require attention first then work on areas of the house we would never have thought there would be a concern. I used Aptive in Texas so was pleased to see I could transfer my service to Colorado. Though I was very pleased with the service while in TX, I am even more so here in CO. On each visit the technicians have gone above in clearing out nest areas in and around the house. They have communicated with me every step of the way and even provide pictures which I appreciate.
