Aptive nixed my ant problem

Timely, courteous, thorough service.
A few years back I had a terrible ant problem.
Regular visits have eliminated the issue. I only had to ask for extra treatments a few times, and Aptive came the same day for free re-treatment.

My technician was in communication with me addressing all my needs and also sending photos for support. It was a fantastic experience.

It was okay

I didn't like that the service guy did not send me pictures of the work done as he stated he was going to do when I spoke to him...It was the first time someone sent it to my account...Also, he didn't put the sign on my front yard that the treatment was done...When I am not home, it gives me the confirmation that I actually received the service.

They lied when I signed the contract

They lied when I signed the contract. It was told that I’ll be paying for 6 treatments but they charged me every month for one year. DONT DO IT!

Requests completed

This past service I requested everything I needed to have done & it was handled perfectly by the technician. I spoke to customer service regarding a billing issue which was no issue at all.

Very expensive and they need to cut…

Not the best. Company is too big to handle pest control the right way. Company has a call center that sends out techs regardless of local weather conditions. Manipulative and predatory sales tactics. Was told they treated indoor mice when signing up meanwhile the only thing they do is put glue traps down. Cant switch companies because their contract has an early termination fee.

I work 8-5 so I can't be home when the treatments are done. It's convenient that they can do it so my home is protected.
