Eli kept me informed of my service the day he came. He did a complete job on the outside of my property and took pictures so I was informed of what he did. He was informative and thorough.

I have an overwhelming amount of fruit…

I have an overwhelming amount of fruit flies, mosquitoes so bad I can’t sit outside, and flies. I truly do not want to keep my service and would rather pay for the cancellation fee (ridiculous to pay a cancellation fee when your services do not work) then keep this service

Good communication

Good communication before, during and after treatment. Have noted improvements in bug population when are out in the yard, especially at dusk!

The people have been very good to work…

The people have been very good to work with. Friendly, timely and thorough. I have just not found the product to be effective. Gnats, ants and mosquitoes are still prevalent. I’ve seen little evidences that the product works.

Ants are still thriving.

It has been several weeks now and the product used for ants and other little insects has been ineffective.

Come on...

Hello! Active communicates very well with emails to let you know when they are coming. The person coming out does a lot of communication. That is fine. It seems pretty generic though, other than taking a few pictures to share of your house. I know that helps them as an incentive to do a good job, earn extra money or something... The part that bothers me as that it is hard for a person to be home ALL DAY because you know the day their coming, but now window of time. Who else gets to call the shots like that? That needs to change in my opinion. I do like to be home in case I need service inside or in the garage and to also see that what I am paying for is truly being taken care of.

I do feel that overall pest control is adequate.

I do feel that overall pest control is managed well. The communication is good from the company is good and we always know when there is going to be service happening. However, the person that services our property doesn't always make sure the fence gate is locked when they use the gates, resulting in our dogs getting out of the backyard. It seems like it should be common courtesy to make sure a gate is closed behind you. Gates that are closed when you get there, should be closed when you leave as well. I'm also concerned about the mosquito bags that are left resting in the backyard. Are they safe for pets?

Service isn’t great …

They are only here for maybe 10 minutes - they sweep our eves, we have tried to address our wasp situation with them multiple times and we have hives forming on our home. With our old provider we never had as many issues.
