Tech never made it to my house on the scheduled day.
I own a business so my schedule is very full. I need interior spraying done when Aptiva comes. When I schedule my service I expect it to actually take place. They guys scheduled was so full that at 8pm in the evening he was still trying to get to me. I had to cancel. Rescheduled like I said is difficult with me schedule. Disappointed that my appt had been scheduled for a few months and you over booked my service tech so he never got to me on my scheduled day.

Our Technician, Ben, did a great job in making sure all the indoor and outdoor spaces were treated. He also set up new paper traps on each side of the garage door!

I haven't seen anything crawling or…
I haven't seen anything crawling or flying in my house. The spiders are gone from around the windows. I feel safer walking with my dog and playing outdoors knowing there are lots of tick carrying deer running through my yard.

Second floor windows were not brushed…
Second floor windows were not brushed for spiders webs.
Only had 25 % of bottle of ant product for use around my home.
Workers sprayed my neighbors shed in their back yard.
Two workers took only 15 minutes if that to complete my service hmmm not what I expected for $125.00.
If this happens again I will discontinue my account
One last thing I constantly get my service done before the quarterly service date.
If this occurs again I will cancel my account
Needless to say I am not happy
