Agent was hard to understand ( heavy Indian accent), and condescending to answer my questions. All I wanted to know was what my payments to Aptive were in 2024 and that seemed difficult for her to figure out. She sounded distant and I asked her if she was in India. She said “No” and when I asked her where she was located she ignored and wouldn’t answer. She was abrupt and not very friendly and didn’t seem to have a good grasp of English due to her giving me answers to questions I wasn’t asking. Not good customer service.

The technician and his service was great. However, two days before service I contacted Aptive to let them know I had seen flying ants when sitting on my deck and wanted the technician to check for signs of them and possible activity on our wood siding. I was told the message would be relayed to the technician. The message was not passed on to him. He did not find out about my request until after he was done and left. Better communication practices between the office and technician should be implemented. This is the second time this has happened and it is no fault of the technician.

The person that serviced my home was here what seemed like a very short time. He swept for spiders and sprayed. I did not see him replace rat bait in the boxes. He may have done so but, I didn't see him again in the back yard. This is not the first time I felt the tech was not thorough.
I am considering going back to my previous pest control company because the same person came out nearly every time. I really don't like having a different person every time.

I love the communication from the technician servicing my property each time. They all have been very punctual and courteous. I also like that the product does not have a lingering odor. I can enjoy my backyard an hour after application.

They have poor customer service and reliability. They have not shown up or notified me twice for service. They have forgotten to replace rat bait on three different locations. They spend about 10 minutes for a quick service. Technicians are more concerned about taking pictures of what they did versus doing the service correctly.

Your strategies for scheduling shows no concern for my time. Poor communication from head quarters. The webpages appears to be designed to make it hard to cancel the service. Since starting using your service, ( I so regret it) the bugs are worse, but I had to pay more than my prior service.

The associate didn’t reach out in advance of the appointment. I had and ask to look under the stairs in the backyard as I found wasps there (I was also attacked by them). I was at home for the whole day waiting for him and left only to eat something, which I believe was the time he showed up and wasn’t also able to connect with him in person to discuss this issue. This has never happened before as either the associate sends a message in advance they are coming or knocks the door to check if there are specifics areas or concerns that they need to be aware of.

I have had three Aptive service providers out to my house in three weeks. The first provider did not notice the multiple wasps going in and out of the eaves near my front door. When I called for subsequent service to deal with the issue, neither providers were thorough enough to deal with the issue fully and the wasps continued to go in and out of my attic and build their nest. I have since paid another company to deal with the issue and within 48h the wasps were gone. I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated with the service with Aptive - providers first did not recognize and then did not adequately deal with the pest problem that we were having. We will now need to get someone to come replace the insulation damage from the wasps because they were in our attic for so long. I pay for Aptives preventative service so to prevent these issues from happening and due to your poor service we now have a bigger issue that will need to be dealt with and I will have to pay extra for.
