Since I wanted the trip to be perfect, I was quite picky about everything—hotels flights and trip timing. Malik was so patient and helpful in customising the package just the way I wanted.

With Madina hotel Grand Zohar, we weren’t very happy though—had multiple rude experiences with the hotel staff.

We recently booked our Umrah trip with Aqdas Travels through Atif and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The service was quick, smooth, and hassle-free. Upon arrival in Saudi Arabia, the drivers were already present, and all transfers went perfectly without any issues. We were also well-informed about all the ziyarats and their timings, which made the trip very organised and stress-free. We got the hotels of our choice, and the check-in process was very easy. Both hotels were just a couple of minutes away from Masjid al-Haram and the Prophet’s Mosque, which made our stay extremely convenient. Everything went exactly as planned, and we encountered no problems at all. Highly recommend Aqdas Travels and Atif for anyone planning their Umrah journey!

Our advisor at Aqdas Travel was Muskan, a nice young lady with great customer skills, she listened to our requirement tentatively and provided very good detailed December Umrah packages to suit our requirements, hotels, number of rooms and distance from the Masjid e Haram and Masjid e Nabvi. Even when the package did not suit us she attentively made re-arrangements for our package.

We had some issues with our original Umrah booking and flight schedule, which left us disappointed, but Mohammed Sheryar from Aqdas Travel stepped in and handled everything perfectly. He was calm, polite, and professional, and kept in touch throughout our trip to make sure all was well.

Our Makkah hotel was our own choice and as expected, no issues there. The Madinah hotel was arranged by Aqdas Travel — not quite a 5-star, more of a 4-star, but the location was excellent, just steps from the Prophet’s Mosque and outstandingservice (see my hotel review on TripAdvisor).

The transport Sheryar arranged was excellent — very smooth and professional. Everything went perfectly, Alhamdulillah, and we truly enjoyed our spiritual journey.
