Good quality hosting with affordable rates.

I am using the finland server for international audience and their server speed and uptime are amazing in spite of their low pricing. I was trying aquahost just for a trial run of my website and then I found how good there servers are and I decided to continue with it for the production version. Low cost doesn't always mean low quality. It's simply superb.

Worst hosting Service Provider

Aquahost.in is one of the worst hosting service providers I have ever used. Their service goes down multiple times every month, and it does not get resolved unless you manually raise a complaint. Even after it gets fixed, the server goes down again within a few hours.
You have to constantly keep checking whether your website is online or not, which is extremely frustrating and unprofessional for any hosting company. There is no proper monitoring or proactive support from their side.
I made a big mistake by choosing a cheap hosting plan. As the saying goes, cheap things are rarely good. Please think at least 10 times before choosing Aquahost.in.
I do not recommend this hosting service at all. Even though I still have almost one year of hosting validity left, I have already migrated my website to another reliable hosting company because I could no longer risk my business website being offline.
Highly disappointing experience.

After a detailed internal check, we are unable to find any recurring downtime tickets, monitoring alerts, or unresolved complaints linked to your account that support the claims of “multiple outages every month.” At AquaHost, every server incident is logged, monitored, and traceable, and prolonged or repeated downtime without records is simply not accurate.

It is also important to clarify that:

Our servers are monitored continuously, and incidents are handled via our support system.

Issues are resolved through official support tickets, which ensure accountability and resolution tracking.

Migrating a website without coordinating with support can itself lead to service interruptions, which should not be misrepresented as infrastructure failure.

Labeling the service as “worst” while not providing ticket IDs, timestamps, server details, or any technical evidence is misleading to other readers. If you still have valid service remaining, you are welcome to share your registered email or ticket references, and we will re-audit your case transparently.

We stand by our infrastructure and our support processes and are always willing to resolve genuine, documented issues—but we cannot accept broad claims without verifiable data.

Please think carefully before buying…

Please think carefully before buying the plan because it is not necessary that you get what is written here. The unlimited plan that they say is completely fake. It is spam. And if the add website is showing 25 then it should be 20 only and not 25. They are just fooling me. It has happened with me. Then they delete the messages also so that others cannot see it. So be careful.

AquaHost maintains multiple plans in the backend for operational and upgrade purposes; however, customers can only order what is publicly displayed on our official website aquahost.in. Whatever is shown on the frontend at the time of purchase is exactly what is provisioned—nothing more, nothing less.

Regarding the addon domain limit:
If the frontend plan clearly mentioned 20 domains, this is provided as 19 addon domains plus 1 primary domain, which totals 20. This is standard hosting terminology across the industry and was never hidden or misrepresented.

The allegation that we “delete messages” is also misleading. Support conversations and tickets are system-logged and cannot be arbitrarily removed to hide information. If that were the case, you would not have received timely replies on your support tickets, nor would your case have been processed properly.

Most importantly, if our service were truly “fake,” you would not have:

Received active support responses

Been eligible for or processed for a refund

Our policy is simple and transparent: we provide the service as described, and if a customer is genuinely not satisfied within the applicable terms, we issue a refund. There is no compulsion, no deception, and no hidden agenda.

We strongly encourage reviewers to understand hosting specifications before making public accusations. Misrepresenting technical details only creates confusion for other users and does not reflect the actual service experience.

Nothing works

Nothing works, demo account login failed, tried resetting, never got the reset code, tried phone support multiple times from multiple numbers and calls were rejected, Whatsapp call no answer. Wondering if demo services are like this then imagine the actual service after paying. Whatsapp chat support tells to write email and when written email to support, it bounced back... Hehehe.. stay away guys and save your time and money.

After continuous usage and renewals, requesting a refund is not reasonable and is not supported by any hosting provider in the industry. If a service is genuinely not suitable, customers are expected to raise concerns and request cancellation within the initial usage period, not after months of active use.

To clarify our refund policy clearly and transparently:

We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund for new services.

We offer pro-rata refunds within 30 days, depending on usage and plan type.

Even on annual plans, pro-rata refunds are applicable as per policy.

Monthly plans that have crossed 30 days and have been renewed are not eligible for refunds, as the service has already been consumed.

These terms are clearly published before purchase. Renewing a service repeatedly indicates acceptance and continued usage of the service. A refund cannot be requested after the service has been fully utilized and renewed multiple times.

Every hosting company has its own refund structure, and policies cannot be changed retroactively based on individual expectations. Our policies are designed to be fair, transparent, and in line with industry standards.
