Please don’t use them. They’re scammers.
I lost roughly $15k to them. About 10 Gadgets.
Till now, they keep giving me stories and later blocked me everywhere on their social media and WhatsApp.
Don’t fall for them

Bad customer service, dont trust them if they tell you anything to do with 24 hours, they are lying you will remain with your problems for months and they dont even care.
They take forever to ship even though i selected to ship by air, a whole month plus, make me wonder why i didn’t even select sea, even with that would it take the whole year?!
They never respond to WhatsApp unless you call them, their app always have errors “error 505”.
They received my package and for two weeks it never reflected on their app.. after asking them they say wait 24 hours but nothing happened.
They charged so expensive for something so small.
I would never recommend them

The worst shipping service and customer service. No one knows why packages are delay, where the packages are, my shipping was significantly delayed and there was no compensation or refund provided given multiple times me reaching out. The staff has no knowledge on the process or how to handle missing or delayed items. Very terrible service. I would not recommend this shipping company to anyone!

They will force you to make an upfront shipping fee for goods from US to Kenya then conveniently ‘forget’ to ship your goods for over a month. No explanations given, upon inquiry, customer service will then keep regurgitating the same response ’Shipping from US takes 10-14 working days’ no help whatsoever.

They are totally shit and I won't advise anyone to ship with them . They place my packages on delayed and I don't know when I will receive them . It's been a month and I really regret using them .

Aquantuo is the best courier service in Ghana as it stands..
Especially their customer care personnel Phidellia..
Everyone should used their services with confidence..
I'm 2-3 years user here...
I feel ashamed of not giving them the credit they deserved...

Be cautious when dealing with this people especially the team from Ghana . They have a neck for changing product prices and overcharging, often quoting amounts higher than the actual product cost and even exceeding the shipping fees. Always request a detailed breakdown of product pricing and shipping costs before confirming any order.

I paid Aquantuo Nigeria for shipping since june 4th and on the app I was told I will get my items on 22 of June now August I haven't gotten it and no tangible response all I keep getting is next week or sometimes no response at all
