They sold me a machine which it’s not theirs.
When after a bit more than 2 years of use it broke leaking water all over, they told me that it’s not their fault and to contact the Italian producer (the company is DK based, as I am, that’s why I bought from them). They also said that they “suspect” the issue is from the big tank as they had already other customers with the same problem (wtf?!).
I called the Italian company, which doesn’t sell me the replacement directly. They told me also that they can’t be sure that the issue is what they think it is as we’re far away and can’t check.
When I contacted the Danish seller, they had no idea even which company was. 3 months after I’m without water filter and without solution after spending almost 5,000dkr in the machine and having actually used it 1 year (didn’t install it before as we were moving).
Useless customer service.
Non-ethical seller (they knew the machine had issues and didn’t recall). And just a complete waste of money and plastic waste.
