Nice goods, average communication and return
1) Shipment. Fine and fast.
2) Communication. Sub-average. Sometimes I had to wait almost for a week before getting an answer to an email.
3) Goods. Perfect. Goods were as described, very nicely packed, so it was a pleasure to obtains them. However, the size did not fit and I had to return them.
4) Return. Bad. I followed all the return instructions, which do not include sending the tracking number to the company. I obtained the same box with goods back in a month. I elucidated (according to the tracking number) that the post service did not manage to hand in the parcel to the recipient and the recipient did not pick it up afterwards. So, despite I followed all the instructions, I had to send the parcel again and pay again for the delivery and all of it took terribly long.
5) Refund. So-so. The refund was processed quickly enough. However, I got the refund for the goods only and not for the extra shipment, which I had to do because of other's fault.
