I have a small new travel business and wear many hats. I initially used this company to help me set up my website on Word Press. I was quite happy with the time they spent with me up front before I paid anything - showed me a proof of concept and answered many, many questions I had. Once engaged, I was surprised at how quickly they built the initial site, fine-tuned it, and continue to maintain it. Any updates are done within 1-2 days. Following that initial experience, I had them add support for SEO, and provide social media and community support as well for a trial period. All of this has been well done. The best part of my experience was working with the account manager assigned to me, who has been just outstanding as a partner and resource, understanding my business and challenges and helping where help is needed. While my interaction is largely with this individual, the support of the company and larger team are evident in the flexibility, services and customizations provided to me.
