Arbour Living Reviews

Your guys who put the glass room up for us were all very nice and did a wonderful job. Me and my wife will get lots of use out of this thank you

Thank you to Joe and Ben who did a great job with my Avero glass room. From the second they got here, they were very friendly and worked their socks off. Very tidy. Really love the new space. Thank you to them, and the team at Arbour for everything 🙂

Had veranda with glass roof and glass sliding doors installed in May 2026.
Still not finished quite a bit of work to be done,no communication since June.
Would not recommend this company.

We contacted Arbour Living to help optimise our garden living area. Ben came out promptly to survey the area and was incredibly professional, detail-oriented and thorough in his work. He was always available to answer any and all questions we had, and provided us with his expert opinion to help guide our design. His excellent and efficient service was very much appreciated as he provided us with a multitude of different quotes with nothing being too much trouble. We are very grateful for all his efforts and would thoroughly recommend! Thank you very much!

I throughly recommend Arbour
Ben came measured up and gave us a quote we left it while and there was no pressure "Just contact me when you ready "which I did.
DEC and JOE were the fitters and were perfectionists.
Very happy with the verandah . The service .from start to finish .the price ,
Communication was spot on .Ben ,Dec and Joe were all friendly polite and nothing to much trouble .

The guys from Arbour were great, the chaps who installed our veranda were friendly, tidy and kept us informed about what they were doing. The new space has been really useful expescially when people are round. would really recommend them

Really pleased with our new Veranda and decking area. Initial visit from Ben answered a lot of questions and helped with our outcome. The guys doing the work were a great bunch of lads and worked really hard in the blistering heat. I would highly recommend Arbour to friends and family. Thanks.

We have had a glass veranda with doors supplied and fitted by Arbour Living. We love it there have been a few glitches but they have been sorted. Ben and Neil have ensured that all have been completed with the minimum of fuss to a high standard.
I reviewed the market and was impressed with the quality of the finished product at a reasonable price. Thank you all.

Really happy with my garden landscape project carried out by Sam and the team who were all hard working and friendly. Ben’s initial visit to measure up the garden ready for the work was thorough. I can now look forward to planting in my lovely new borders.

We are loving our new veranda. The fitters Joseph and Jonathan were a great couple of lads and did an amazing job. I would 100% recommend that you ask for them to fit it.

Nothing was too much to ask of them! Being wheelchair bound I had requirements that needed to be considered in my room. Ben was really thorough with all the measurements to make sure that I can use it as I want. The people who came to fit it were very friendly to me and left everything very neat and tidy. Thank you so much for all your hard work, I’m really -leased with my new room ☺️

We had these guys round last year to give us a price for a canopy over our patio. Recently went ahead and had it put up, very pleased with arbour and the lads who fitted it. Ben was really helpful throughout!

Really happy with our veranda. The lads were very professional and hard working, everything went smoothly from start to finish. We would highly recommend arbour living,

I have just had an arbour fitted and am delighted with it. The workman were quick , friendly and efficient. Neil and Ben were great. Highly recommend.

I had Arbour in earlier this year to install a veranda, just had them back for a blind above it and the team were great with us both times. Big thanks to Ben and Neil for their communication throughout, would highly recommend this company.

Pigato verandah completed in April 2024
So when the guys gave me a quote for my structure I thought Mmm. I had already been quoted by 2 other national companies asking for double the amount quoted by Arbour
I looked at past reviews and decided that despite my reservation I still felt that I would get exactly what I had asked for
The time between quote and installation was appx 6 weeks
I wasn’t disappointed the team arrived on time. All materials were on site. And they even dismantled my old gazebo to make way for the new glass verandah
From start to finnish the guys were friendly professional and did a fantastic job. All with quality as promised.
I’m so happy with my new glass verandah. I can now be outside no matter what the weather. My cat Rosie is now a favourite visitor now in fact I sometimes think she prefers it to being inside now.
I can’t remember all the guys names but thanks to Ben Neil John and the nice young boy that was hoping to propose to his girlfriend on holiday. I hope she said yes 🙏
Thanks again guys I couldn’t be happier with my new glass verandah

Outstanding service from start to finish. From the initial consultation,to delivery and installation only took 2 weeks.

Well where do I start ?
A first class experience from first contact to completion. Neil / Ben and the whole team were informative, honest and reliable from start to finish.

When Ben came to our house he explained everything from what options would be best for our area. He showed us all the various choices and colours of the structure the solid wall and roofing. Nothing was too much trouble and the quote was emailed very quickly and the price was competitive and reasonable for the quality of product supplied.

Any location is within their remit to supply and fit and there was no hard sell to have the additional extras that were available so whatever your budget even to supply only was available.

Please consider Arbour Living if you’re looking for the additional space of a quality garden room / man cave at an affordable price. Thanks Guys !!
