I bought 4 items from this "company" early October. As with others, half the products haven't turned up 5 weeks later, the other half did turn up, but the quality of the products was lower than bogstandard. The products are advertised as being hand made by an artist, if so the artist must be 6 years old, products nothing like the photographs on their seemingly convincing website. Temu would be embarrassed if they'd sent something that poor.

The tracking service sent is rather bizarre, littered with broken English with no courier information provided. 1 parcel stuck in Birmingham but eventually arrived, 1 stuck in Belfast, who knows if or when that will arrive.

I've currently got a case open with PayPal for a refund for 1 parcel, I've recieved a refund for the other parcel that did arrive but they want it back now that it's been delivered. I shall not be returning the refund, I'll take the opportunity to scam the scammers thank you very much.

Scam company, avoid. They take your money then send a series of bogus parcel tracking updates. Their support line will say "yes, it's on the way" but nothing will be delivered.

Absolute scam artists - ordered the animal socks in Oct still not received them. Tracking says they have been in Birmingham for a week plus. I doubt I will ever get them - a lesson learned.

Absolutely atrocious company. If you can call this a company. They take your money and give you false tracking updates. It then stalls at whatever part of the country they choose.
They apologise when you complain and say they sent out another one with different tracking originating from a totally different country.
They then go quiet when you ask for a refund. Ordered items in early October. Steer clear of this one.

sadly it appears that I have also fallen victim to this scam. Ordered 4th October and no sign of parcel 4 weeks later. Informed that another parcel had been sent, no sign of it.

Sadly, fallen victim to this scam website too. Ordered on the 5th of October and the tracking shows my order as being in Lincoln, UK since last Monday, and now the tracking has stopped working. Now disputing my payment with Paypal. DON'T FALL FOR THE SCAM.

I ordered some "animal" socks advertised on FB on 2/10/25. Their last known location was shown as some random close in Wales. I contacted Architecturm and they said they would resend but would not supply new tracking information. Amazingly they are still sending marketing emails ! Obviously a scam, why do FB allow these people to advertise ?

I ordered the item on the 2nd October, by the 7th November, I'd not had an update on the tracking in 9 days. The tracking gave a postcode of the "depot" which was some 400 miles away in a random housing estate.

Support was from a random unnamed individual, who refused to give me any tangible update on where it is, or when I can get it. I asked multiple times for a refund of how to claim on the complete con of "delivery insurance" to which I was fobbed off and "thanked for my understanding", which I repeatedly told them they didn't have.

I'm not even sure if this is a legitimate business, it seems like a massive scam. My advise, go else where. Save your time, sanity and money!

What a shame you can’t give zero stars. I’ve now waited a month for my products and they have allegedly shipped, but the company refuse to give me tracking info. I have also seen exactly the same products advertised from lots of different company names with the same blurb.
Do not order from them as it’s a rip-off and you will not get your products. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered

Placed order some time ago. No merchandise yet. Order tracking will not work. Looks almost like a scam to me. No updates on delivery.

SCAM ARTIST - STAY AWAY!!!! I am a U.S. Marine Corps Officer. I ordered a 250th USMC Anniversary Ballcap from these idiots. Never showed up - lost in shipping? Customer service was no help whatsoever. THis is a CHINESE FRONT! 45 days later, I had to file a FRAUD complaint with USAA Bank to get my money back. STAY AWAY!!!!

This company is a scam. Beware! I received an email and clicked on something seemingly harmless and it said”SUCCESS”. You have just placed an order. I emailed and fought it with a return email saying just wait until you receive the product. The cost was $18.22 for something I neither ordered or wanted. The product finally came and it looked like a piece of cardboard puzzle. The company will not respond to my emails now for a return. One star is way too many. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM AND BLOCK ALL EMAILS.

I orderd the sun catchers. they pasted a picture of a raven crow onto a cutout. I am so disappointed.
What a waste of money. The delivery took well over a month to get here. 1st tracking showed Italy. 2nd showed China.
I would *Not recommend trusting them again in the future.

I wouldn't give these ASSHOLES the time if day for what they are selling the American consumer. I purchased an American Flag from them and if I could throw it in their face. I would!!! The hype about being Ametican made is BULLSHIT! I tracked it coming from overseas. Facebook needs to screen what goes on their site. It looks like Zuckyberg is getting kickbacks from fraudulent companies to sell on his site. We need to start a class action law suite against Zuckyberg and facebook for taking advantage of the American public.!!!!!!!!!

I placed a small order for some hats with this company and have been completely ghosted. Bottom line no hats and confusing and contradictory communication. “Tracking number show shipment in China then , somewhere else, then tracking number doesn’t work” Bottom line: no hats, tried working with PayPal but they say contact the company. Total scam, don’t buy from these people!

My order of 3 months ago was advertised as made in USA. It has still not arrived from its place of origin in an a foreign country. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. OT IS A SCAM

I wanted an American Flag made in the USA. Their page said with pictures MADE IN THE USA . Then why is it coming from China and now is in Ireland for 5 days order date 5/5/25 . Wrote to Pay Pal nothing happened I wrote to this Fake company oh your item is on its way . I don’t want it false advertisement it’s been two weeks now I contacted and filed a claim against them with the Better Business Bureau
