Very bad lender, stay away! Super slow systems, unresponsive underwriters. The rates seems tobe low, but its just an illusion.

Absolutely horrible from start to finish. Non- responsive - waited until the last minute to process my mortgage and then unprofessional. Requested the same documents multiple times, underwriter overwhelmed and too many files on his/her desk. Crazy to think that I made it through. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE THEM no matter what...even if they save you a point or two. They are awful and the experience may kill you. It was horrendous. We had to postpone my settlement two times because of them and then at the table they couldn't give us the green light until hours later. Then, they lost the signed documents that were mailed to them. I cannot make this stuff up. UNREAL!

The whole team at Arc homes Atherton did an absolute fantastic job selling our house very quickly. We tried 4 other estate agents who were useless sending us time wasters. I highly recommend Angela, Jordan, and the rest of the team are a credit to the company. Dean whom took perfect photos what can l say.

Angela and the team was excellent kept us fully informed of what was going on , would definitely recommend arc homes but would NOT recommend the solicitors they deal with , complete waste of time! After making several complaints to arc about KJD solicitors and making a formal complaint to KJD , we was eventually dealt with by the owners of KJD .If your thinking of selling 100% go with arc homes but look around for a different solicitor! Otherwise you will spend half of YOUR time on the phone constantly chasing solicitor!

Arc Home has been highly reliable during my refinancing process and were instrumental in getting me the best rate I could possibly get!

Wasted $785 on an appraisal that was completed properly and when I mentioned it to my loan advisor a bunch of funny business occurred.

I received a letter today from Arc home regarding my mortgage and the real estate taxes. They are saying that I have not paid my taxes when in fact I have. They are also stating that they are going to make a payment to the appropriate taxing authority and that they could file a lien against my property. I’m not sure how they can do that, given the fact I do not owe anything on my real estate taxes. I have never made a late payment and I have never made a late payment on my real estate taxes. When I called the City Real estate department, they indicated that this was not the first time this had happened regarding this company, and that they had received several complaints of the same nature.

Be careful with this company and keep accurate records

Arc Homes were recommended by a previous neighbour who sold their home and I can honestly say they were correct. Throughout the sale I was regularly informed of the progress and the staff put me at ease throughout the process. There was a lot of interest in my property which they sold in a few weeks. Thank you Arc for your excellent service.

This is the second loan I have closed and worked with Brian Rollins and Linda Hunter. Communication was excellent and it was a pleasure. The closing was on time, which was the three (3) week timeline I requested. I would highly recommend Arc Home!

I own a manufactured home, the loan is currently with you, I made contact to refinance and everything was going well, our credit was ran and everything was fine until the person I was working with was told that the type of structure is no longer one that's within your appetite. Someone representing you and working in the industry should know what dwellings qualify and which don't

Rude, condescending and inconsiderate. And those are the nicest things I can say about this company. Arc bought my loan and is the most unethical mortgage servicer I have had in four homes, forty two years and nine mortgage companies/servicers.
