I accidentally placed my order too fast and ordered the wrong size. I reached out immediately and just a few minutes later, I had a response from Jaimee that she was able to update my order to the correct size. This was a really important order and I’m so appreciative that the Arcina Ori team approved and allowed me to change the size before it was shipped out. Their responses are prompt, professional, and compassionate, which is hard to find! Loved ordering from here and will be purchasing more in the future! Their pieces are beautiful and you can tell the Arcina Ori team truly cares about their customers!

I ordered a preorder dress, Stevie Chrome, and needed it by a specific date in July. As the date was approaching, the stock to the US was delayed by a week which would have not arrived in time. Jamiee went above and beyond to be fully transparent about the delay but also found any way possible to get the dress to arrive by the event. She ended up shipping from Australia and now the dress should arrive by the date I need it. Thank you so much Jamiee for the extreme care and effort it took to make this happen!

Quality definitely doesn't match the price. You're paying a high ticket for a polyester garment with poor finish and construction.

Super stoked with the customer service I received with Arcina Ori. I ordered a dress first thing on a Thursday hoping to have it delivered to Newcastle for the weekend, the ladies expedeited my order and it arrived at my hotel by Friday Lunch. Was so stoked as most companies these days won’t go out of their way to make this happen. Considering the price of the item you pay for you might think this could be a normal/decent request. Regardless super stoked and thankful for making my customer experience a really positive one.

Ordered the Ramona dress and it’s absolutely stunning! It was a little long for my liking (for reference, I’m 175cm tall), but that’s an easy fix with alterations. Jaimee was fantastic to deal with when following up on my order, and once it was shipped, it arrived within 24 hours.

Jaimee is the best! She has been so kind and helpful navigating an exchange when the size up was temporary sold out! I’m so excited to wear the Ramona dress for my best friend’s wedding in Italy! The customer service and quality of dress is 10/10!!!

Not only was the customer service I received, next to NONE, the quality of my piece is just beyond.
After purchasing the wrong size for my birthday dress (and a mild freak out!) the customer service team allowed me to book my own courier and swap the dress for the correct size, all within the same day! The dress was also sold out online and somehow they sorted the right one for me. I am so grateful to Jaimee and the team for making my birthday dress dreams come true!

My niece bought the gorgeous Arabella dress in beige for her reception gown. Jaimee, from customer care, was very kind enough to give her an extension on the return window so she could buy the same dress in 2 sizes, and return the one that didn’t fit as well as the other. We were very appreciative of this opportunity. Both customer service and dress quality were second to none!

While the dress purchased was not suitable [unfortunately.] Jaimee was very helpful to help arrange the return, and refund.
