I didn't even meant to give the 1 star rating. After waiting over 4 weeks for the delivery, I contacted the company to ask for a cancellation. No luck on that! The shoes finally arrived packaged in some 1970's Pierre Cardin shoe boxes. There was actually a dead roach in one of the boxes. Not one of the 3 pairs of shoes I ordered fit properly. They were all way too small and couldn't go onto my feet. I immediately contacted Arconya and asked for a shipping return label to exchange or refund for $470 worth of shoes. It has now been 3 weeks and still no response. Wow, how unprofessional and they are obvious scammers. What a disgraceful display. The website clearly states to contact them for a return set-up. Nothing, nothing, nothing, not even a word to try and help resolve the issue! I am totally disappointed, and dissatisfied, with Arconya scammers.

Loafers were not to size and company will not respond to multiple emails now three months later . No way to return.

The shoes arrived incredibly quickly. The purchasing process was very convenient. I would recommend this store.

Honestly very satisfied with these shoes, The leather feels nice and the fit was spot on, Delivery was fast and the box arrived in perfect condition, no issues at all. Will prob order another pair soon

The brand does not sell what they claim, I ordered a shoe size that should have fit me but the shoe was pretty much 1-2 size small and when I wrote them an email, I was never heard back from them. It’s a fraud company and I would never do business with them in future.

I regret that I did not come earlier. Such good shoes with top quality leather and a reasonable price. I bought two shoes so far and I’m already picking my next shoes. Customer service was amazing and helpful. Delivery took a while, close to a month, but the shoes feel comfortable and well made.

I always value quality over anything else, and they never failed to surprise me every time with their top tier Quality, bought 2 shoes so far, and I'm already picking my next shoes, not to mention their amazing customer service, very professional and helpful, Arconya will always be my go to business when I'm looking for high quality genuine leather shoes.

Online I found other prior customers that claim this website resells cheap shoes and sells three times more expensive. I also had a negative experience with this company and it’s unprofessional customer service and cannot say for certain if this claim is true. However, I found their sister brand (Ashour shoes) that people have claimed to be a major scam website on TrustPilot along with other websites. I only realized this too late when I already had purchased a pair of boots from Arconya. I found the shoes to be very much plastic-like (might be leather but not like leather shoes I’ve ever seen or smelt) and too small, but they initially kept denying and claiming “my order is marked as fraudulent”.
I was finally issued a 30% refund since I was not able to mail the shoes all the way to Italy, as I was not provided with a return label. Im still left greatly dissatisfied with the boots and the fact they are a few sizes too small- size is not their issue BUT they did not accept this as a valid reason for a free and complete return apparently. For this reason, I will not be purchasing from them again and I hope they stop reaching out to me.

I bought 1 leather boot and 1 Oxford shoes, and I absolutely love them.
The leather is top quality, I can't remember the last time I've seen such quality for such a price! Just amazing.
I'll definitely buy again.
