Turned up in the dark to basically a dumping ground full of cars, we were then informed that there was an additional cost to pay for drop-off and collection. The driver of the minibus said that this was an email, but it was in very tiny print at the end.
On return, so far we have been waiting 45 minutes to be collected and there is no driver in site. We were told that he would be 10 minutes so we called him back only to be shouted at that. He would be a further five or 10 minutes.

I would not use this Company again.
You are parking in what can only be described as a scrapyard.
The attraction I would say for most people to park here is the price, which is cheaper than it's competitors - OR IS IT? They have a scam going on here, which I will report to trading standards. The drop off parking charge at Heathrow is £7. I and the other people occupying our van for delivery to Heathrow were each charged £15 (delivery & collection). Therefore, you have to add £15 to the cost of your parking.
A word in their favour - there were no scratches or dents. Only 1 mile had been added to my vehicle mileage tracker. My dashcam had been disconnected.

DO NOT leave your vehicle with these criminals! I have a volvo tracker subscription and these crooks were using my car for domestic journeys to their home address without my consent! The business is run from a scrap car on what looks like a scrapyard. Your keys are left in the scrap car for the duration of your stay which is by a seedy looking industrial estate "BEWARE".

Avoid. Parked my car here for 3 nights and my car came back with multiple scratches and damages. It was obvious it was caused my drivers moving car and other ppl scratching my car with the luggage because they park the cars so close together.

vehicle’s condition and recorded mileage within our car park both before
handing over your keys and immediately upon collecting your vehicle.
Quantity: We strongly recommend taking at least 20 high-quality photos
covering all angles, panels, and wheels.
Liability: No claims for damage or mileage discrepancies will be
accepted without these time-stamped images. This requirement applies
regardless of any actions or inspections performed by our drivers.
⚠️ Inspection & Complaint Process
Final Check: Thoroughly inspect your vehicle before accepting your keys.
Once the driver has handed over the keys and departed, no further
complaints will be considered.
Registration: To register a formal complaint, our official Complaint
Form must be completed in its entirety.
🛠 Repairs and Compensation
In the event that we agree to a repair or compensation settlement
(regardless of whether liability is formally admitted):
Mandatory Excess: The client is responsible for a £750 excess fee for
any claim. This must be paid in full before any repair work commences.
Approved Repairers: All repairs must be performed by our own approved
organization.
Logistics: It is the client’s responsibility to deliver and collect the
vehicle from the repair center at their own expense.
No Dealerships: We will not authorize or fund repairs at main
dealerships, even if this results in the forfeiture of the
manufacturer's warranty.
