They won’t send you your money back.

They won’t send you your money back.

I have requested for a refund in JANUARY and after tons and tons of forms and emails it is MID MARCH and I still haven’t heard from anyone.

They are DISHONEST PEOPLE and honestly I am now afraid of losing my money.

Don’t trust them.

Adam has been very helpful positive 10/10

Adam has been very helpful, during induction he has supported me made me understand he was clear with with the induction such a friend person, he was supportive and positive,

I saw him again on campus he helped with my login ID cards and set up everything I truly appreciate all the support Arden has provided to me as student

Good Support

I needed support / advice, couldn't find it on the online portal as I am a new student. I got in touch by email and was expecting a response in a day or two, but I was surprised to get a quick response of Emily from the Newcastle student hub team. After couple of exchanges she managed to get the IT support to solve my issue. Overall I was very impressed on how swiftly this was done in a matter of 2 hours. Thank you Emily.

Tina Solanki at student support is a star!


I am writing to extend my heartfelt gratitude for the support and advice Tina and others have offered me recently. However, Tina's insights have been invaluable, and I truly appreciate the time and effort invested in guiding me through these matters. 
Her kindness is second to none. I can confirm that the student support team is awesome. I am deeply grateful for your support and kindness.

Coaching Session

Had a coaching session with Wendy Lo. She was brilliant, asked all the necessary questions relating to my studies and what I expect from the coaching session moving forward. I am happy to say I will definitely book more sessions with Wendy. Thank you 😊

This university has been great for me

This university has been great for me, as a mature student needing help juggling childcare, my neurodivergence and my child’s neurodivergence, going back to university would have been impossible without the support of the staff from Arden University Leeds. Special thanks to the student support team and Freddy for the help.

I do not recommend this university

I do not recommend this university, this is a nightmare, they do not inform you about anything, nor do you receive an email about what is next, in general they do not care about the students, the teachers are toxic and do not explain properly or evaluate you properly, some of them do not even teach lectures, they evaluate you if you are nice to them, this is one of the worst universities I have ever seen, you will always have problems if you study in them, do not waste your time and money

I can honestly say Adil Mahmood was one of the most supportive lecturers I’ve had. He created a safe and encouraging environment where I felt comfortable asking for help. He was patient, understanding, and always willing to give his time. His dedication and genuine care didn’t go unnoticed, and I’m very thankful for everything he did for us. Birmingham Branch

I am beyond frustrated with the…

I am beyond frustrated with the administration at Arden University (Stratford). We are supposed to start classes next week today is Thursday there is still no timetable available.
I have tried calling for 20 minutes every single day for the past three days—no one answers. I have sent multiple emails—no one replies. It is incredibly disappointing and unprofessional.
As a student with a family, children, and work commitments, I cannot just 'wait and see.' We need to plan our lives in advance. The lack of support and the complete silence from the staff is unacceptable. If you value your time and need an organized institution, look elsewhere. Extremely disappointed

Very supportive and professional communication

I recently contacted the Student Support team regarding my timetable and medical situation. Although our communication was via email, the response was clear, professional and understanding.
Lily took the time to explain the process and next steps, and I felt supported during what can be a stressful time at the start of university. I appreciate the helpful and respectful communication.
