This uni is rubbish. The ilearn student hub is like a maze and hardly works. And you hand in work and they fail u even though you have done enough to pass. When u ask for the results to see how u failed they give u errors. Every time u call up to sort it out they make you wait months to sort out a simple thing. I recommend finding a different uni cos these man are clowns.

I have recently been going through a stressful time and had some issues regarding my online account Tina Solanki from student support is the only person who has gone above and beyond to help me and resolve my problems. Before I got passed on from person to person from different teams but Tina went out of her way to do things on my behalf and contact relevant teams to resolve my issues promptly and also update me with the progress and what I needed to do next.
I would lie to say that Wendy Lo on the coaching team works miracles! I was barely functioning and unsure if I wanted to continue with university. Wendy turned this around one session at a time with friendly advice and help. I will miss our sessions.
Big thank you to Georgia from student hub always provides excellent support to me as a student. Her advice is clear, reliable, and always helpful.
I am a distance learner in my final year at Arden University and unfortunately my experience with their finance and credit control team has been extremely negative.
Although my tuition fees are covered by Student Finance UK (and 2 out of 3 scheduled payments have already been made, with the final one due), I received repeated emails from Arden’s credit control claiming my fees were unpaid. I tried to resolve this by phone, but their finance line is only open for 3 hours a day (9am–12pm). Each time I called, I was left on hold for nearly an hour, only for the call to be cut off due to network time limits. On one occasion, the call was disconnected after 5 minutes of finally speaking to someone, but I never received a call back despite leaving my details.
I also emailed both Student Finance at Arden and Credit Control, but received no resolution. As a result, my account was suspended just 3 weeks before my assignment deadline, preventing me from logging in or submitting work. It has now been almost a week since suspension, with no progress despite my repeated attempts to contact them.
This situation is extremely stressful and unacceptable. Arden’s mismanagement risks me failing my final year and not receiving my degree, despite fees being paid as agreed with Student Finance UK.
On top of this, Arden previously changed their module release system, causing me to miss a term. Now, with this suspension, I am once again at risk of losing another year of study and potentially my funding.
If Arden is experiencing “high call volumes” (as their automated message constantly says), then perhaps they should consider extending their phone hours beyond just 3 hours a day or hiring more staff to support students. At present, it feels like Arden is doing everything possible to make studying with them more difficult rather than supporting students through their education.

I had a good experience with Student Hub Advisor, more exactly with Lash. After many calls and insistence, today, I resolved my problem thanks of Lash's professionalism. My advice, don't give up!
So helpful, understanding and supportive. Fast solution and enjoyable to deal with.

My journey with Arden University has been a complete nightmare, the glimmer of hope occurred when I spoke to a young lady by the name of Mandy who picked up on the fact.None of my student details were logged into system, so it wouldn't recognize me. She worked her magic and low behold I could attend induction. Unfortunately 7 weeks later I still couldn't gain access to university system portals or wellbeing team due to my disabilities.
By chance after 140hrs plus of calls screaming out for help I got Mandilicous Solanki on the phone again and she worked her magic again and got me through to the well-being team. I explained to her that the way her colleagues deal with new students on the phone is disgusting and they place you in a state of depression wanting to slit your wrists.
Mandilicous Solanki and James from the Leeds campus make student life worth it because you can hear that they actually care and want to help you realise your hidden and true potential.
My experience with Arden University has been as good as it can get! I was struggling with managing work/personal life and circumstances and has been falling behind on my studies. Fortunately, I got in touch with a Success Coach that helped me immediately to get back on track! The degree of involvment and committment the university and its staff offers students is beyond any dreams! I am extremely proud to be a student at Arden and will give it my best to follow through and with a bit of hard work and dilligence, reach the end of the path towards graduation! Manisha was extremely lovely and enourmously helpful and would recomend to anyone to participate in or try a coaching experience!
Website is not good. Admin team do not help, student support is not Supportive. To many errors with registering on modules, go to a different University. Do not bother. Turned a very exciting prospect into a nightmare, as a University experience it has been traumatic and Unsupportive. I am having to do to much to make sure that I pass, which is NOT what I wanted. Have never felt so unjust in my life.

I have been attempting to reach the Arden credit control team for two weeks. I have sat on hold for god knows how long. I've sent email after email to only be ignored and instead threatened with legal action. I've sent arden university everything they've asked for and feel bullied and ignored.

This university is misleading, unethical and their communication is awful.
As an independent student who lives on their own, I applied for sfe maintenance loan, and initially upon enrolment we were informed that our sfe will get delayed by 2 weeks, and that they will confirm our enrolment on week two.
It is now been a month since I began my studies and my student finance hasn’t been confirmed. This isn’t only a financial issue in regards to maintenance but Its also impacting my mental health and my studies, as I am waiting on the sfe to purchase a new laptop for my studies.
In addition the student hub has been useless and I still am waiting yet there is no information or response. I have even tried e-mailing the university twice yet no response.

My overall experience with the university has been mixed. During a particularly difficult period in my life, I reached out to various departments in need of support, but unfortunately, I found the university’s response to be lacking. Communication was slow, and it often felt like I was being passed from one office to another without receiving any real help or direction. This lack of responsiveness during a time when I genuinely needed support was disappointing and added unnecessary stress to an already challenging situation.
However, I want to acknowledge the one bright spot in my experience: my success coach, Manisha. Her support made a significant difference. She took the time to truly listen, understand my situation, and guide me through the steps I needed to get back on track. Her compassion and consistent follow-up helped restore my confidence and motivation. Thanks to her dedication, I was able to re-engage with my studies and move forward with a clearer path.
I had just one session with my Student Success Coach, Manisha Patel, who was incredibly professional and welcoming. We had a great conversation about my study goals, as well as the challenges and barriers I might face. It’s definitely a service I would recommend for support and guidance.
Just Got admission in this university ,Teachers are nice but rest of the staff is very rude and disrespectful towards the students .don't have its own library there are only three lift in a busy 10 floor building being shared with other offices makes you wait for life 7 to 10 minutes every time.The staff is worst specially at reception.The staff at Hub is sitting at desk as they are unhappy with their job no smile on the faces very unprofessional .yesterday a guy from reception was rude to us that we Arden's student are not allowed to use a cafe in the building .we asked another guy from the staff and his behaviour was not so pleasant and he says check online instead of questioning me .
