Arebos Reviews

Brought a solar shower this summer, was very skeptical it would actually heat the water etc, however it does, its brilliant, the product itself is well made, yes the plastic components like the rain shower, perhaps have a limited lifespan but easily replaceable, the fixing bolts can be an issue depending on the surface you are going into and yes the ones supplied are a bit short however if you buy the shower mat the bolts are much longer, either way we did not use them so used so bolts/rawplugs from B&Q, easy fix! Would recommend this product, plus have to say the delivery was excellent as well as the communication, a lot of the comments shown on trust pilot for this company you need to take with a pinch of salt!

The worst company in history for buying a mower protector why do I say this?

I ordered a preserving machine that arrived swiftly and in good order. I misinterpreted the listing and thought I had purchased a pressure canning machine, but it was in fact a large warm water bath machine. After contacting both the UK and German office by email I had a reply after a few days and prompt refund as detailed on the website. I did not encounter major communication issues like some of the other reviewers on here.

I brought 2 pool sand filters and whilst delivery was pretty quick (the reason i give them 2 stars not 1) when they arrived on Friday 7th Aug I was pretty annoyed to find that the one i brought for myself was missing what looked like all the screws, o rings and other small parts to assemble the main parts together. I then opened the other box (which i brought for another family member) to discover some of these smaller parts in that box. I've managed to assemble 1 filter using parts from both boxes so now have 1 useable filter (to add minus 1 o ring) and now left with one filter that can't be put together. On Friday I sent an email with pictures to Arebos and also sent a question through the website and I've had absolutely no response. Today 11th Aug I've sent another request through the website because I want at least a refund on the completely un-useable pump they have sent me. Its shocking these pumps aren't exactly cheap. If only I had read the reviews on here before I went ahead with the purchase. Also phone number issue still not resolved as per another Tripadvisor users review. Why wont you let people get hold of you. Quick to take people money though.

I placed an order for a sand filter on Sunday, but three days later (Wednesday), I still haven't received a dispatch confirmation or any order update.

The lack of customer communication is frustrating:
Phone Support: The UK number provided on the website only plays a German voicemail message and does not connect to an agent or representative.
Email Support: I sent emails to both their UK and German contact addresses and have received no reply to either.

It seems from other Trustpilot reviews that poor communication and unresponsive support are ongoing problems. If my order isn't dispatched or addressed very soon, I will be cancelling it and requesting a full refund.

Absolutely useless company and customer service, same woman 3 times I swear it’s AI and not a actual person, ordered on February, items still not delivered also I believe they are in vialation of GDPR as sent me a tracking number with the full details of another purchaser and not mine 3rd time I’ve called today and still not resolved
STAY CLEAR

I have purchased a new Hot Tub. The communication to find out where it is, when it is due to arrive etc is non existent
I received the emails for purchases of the item.
Then an email to "track" my purchase, but it does not work. I have spent most of yesterday looking for info on how to contact them.
The only number.. "London" apparently. Is a German answer phone. The email address i have sent all the relevert info to, i have had no reply as yet.

How can i arrange some 1 to contact me about this. I have no idea and run out of ideas

Bought cordless hand vacuum cleaner a year ago, IT IS ABSOLUTELY USELESS BEYOND BELIEF!!!
Suction virtually zero, have meticulously cleaned and still completely rubbish.
I CAN'T WARN PEOPLE ENOUGH NOT TO BUY ONE!!!!
A total waste of £70🤯🤯🤯

Bought solar shower on December 9 for €103.59 + €24.90 shipping. It fell and the bottom/lower part broke. They sold me a new one for €47.12 + €16.75 shipping, so I didn't have to pay for a full new one.

Update (03/23/2025): They're now charging me €53.97 for 2 small plastic pieces and a couple of small rubber sealing rings + €17.50 for shipping them within warranty.

Update (08/22/2025): It fell and broke again. Spent €170.76 on replacements. Hired a professional to install it. He concluded the provided screws were too short for the provided studs (the studs are ~5 cm but the screws are ~2.5 cm, so they never reach the bottom and remain lose). Complained on August 7. Arebos claimed the one-year liability period had already expired and the screws magically shrunk multiple centimeters due to product misuse and refused to compensate anything.

Update (09/01/2025): They finally agreed to refund after I initiated legal action.

Update (09/10/2025): I received the refund.

After the initial order, where items went missing and what did arrive was damaged, customer service turned things around.
They went above and beyond in making sure that I was left with a positive attitude about dealing with the company and they succeeded. Anything can go wrong, it's how it's dealt with that matters. It is on that basis why I have updated my review.

The food mixer arrived damaged. The splash guard was smashed and the electric plug had been tampered with. It looked as if it was a return that hadn’t been checked. It also took 8 days to arrive. The reason that I haven’t given less stars is that their customer service was excellent. I was given a refund without any problems. I would have accepted a replacement but was told that it would be the same length of time to be delivered, 8 to 10 days.
