They are the schemer . They gave the faulty bed and small mattress when i told they ask me more money when i paid the full amount, when i asked refund also they want money and misbehaving when not ready to pay extra. They are so bad.this shop should be shut down otherwise they will keep on talking the money from the people in a dozy way.

Ordered a shelf in October 2022 never received item and no contact from company and no refund

Ordered a table in April 2022 that was damaged and I’m still waiting for a replacement or full refund. DO NOT PART MONEY WITH THESE COWBOYS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

RUN FAST FROM THIS MODERN DAY SCAMMER/THIEVES called AR Furnishings. I ordered dinning table and chairs costing over £1200 since July 2022. They promised a 4 weeks delivery. Called and emailed severally but no response. One stupid Andy would respond on few occasions with lies. Only table arrived in December. Till now I haven't heard any information from AR Furnishings regarding my chairs. Just finding out that their website no longer existed. Wicked and heartless thieves that owned AR Furnishings should be arrested for defrauding/scamming people because your business is not genuine and your aim is to collect people's hard earn money and make fortune for yourselves.
I will be very grateful if anyone can give hints on how to claim back my money.

I wouldn’t even give 1 star if I could.
They are a total scam I purchased a coffee table for £500 was told delivery would take up to 4 weeks so waited 4 weeks but still no sign of delivery. They don’t answer the phone or any emails. Luckily done through Klarna managed to get my money back. It’s disgusting that the website is still up. Total SCAM!!!!

I made an order in January 22 for a dressing table, tallboy chest of drawers and a mirror. I finally received the tallboy chest of drawers in May 22 but no mirror or dressing table. Instead, they had sent a wrong item which was also damaged in transit. This damaged item is still sitting in my spare bedroom waiting to be collected. I can’t even get a bed into the room due to the size! They are now refusing to answer any emails or phone calls. I have also emailed the courier company GP Logistics to see if they can collect and return the damaged goods that they delivered, but i am being ignored by them too. Absolutely shocking customer service from both companies. I am now in the process of starting legal proceedings. Do not waste your money on this company!

A Scam!

They refused to refund me. Could I please ask if anyone would advise me how to get my money back? I tried chargeback at the bank but the transaction was taken place in March 2022, therefore the bank couldn't refund me. Any advice?

It has been almost a year, ordered on April 2022 and I'm yet to receive my items. Dealing with 'AR Furnishings has been an absolute nightmare as they are refusing to ussue my refund. Why are you refusing to issue a refund knowing very well that the items have not been delivered even after more than 3 weeks have passed? During I was waiting for a long date and therefore I require a full refund of £995.96 .they didn't reply to my email and repudiated. CUSTOMERS BE AWARE, THIS COMPANY IS A SACM!

It looks like a scam, I purchased a coffee table and now the website is down, and my order never came.

Tried to cancel my order same day I got totally ignored me after 3 phone calls and 3 emails had to contact klarna to investigate it. Awful

Pay attention! This is a scam! Do not order from them as their customer service is not responding, phone not working and emails are not replied. I have ordered a mirror and when received it, it was much different than the picture on the website and when requested return, no one is coming back to me. Such a poor quality! Don't waste your money!

Absolute scam!! Still have not recieved my table and chairs that i ordered in october!! I have emailed about 30 times and just being ignored!! Do not order!!

Ordered a marble table on 9th Nov, still waiting for delivery 2 months later. No response to my emails since 19th December and no one answers the phone.

Will be starting legal proceedings to get my money back.

After waiting weeks I was told they couldn't find my order in the warehouse and would refund my money by Andy. This was 15/12.
I emailed them on the 04/01 - no response and again a week later, still no response. Tried ringing - a recorded message to email them.
Wish I'd looked on reviews before,as it does look like one big massive scam.

I so wish I had looked up reviews before purchasing! I bought table and 4 chairs and bench in October been waiting for delivery and have sent numerous emails. Have had a couple of answers from someone called Andy saying it’s worth couriers and he will chase and get back to me. Since then nothing. I email every couple of days. I’ve now logged a dispute with Klarna. I really hope I get my £900 back. I can’t afford to lose this money. I’m so disappointed.

SCAM AVOID, DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THESE PEOPLE

Avoid this company it went into liquidation in January 2022 unfortunately we didn’t know that til after we purchased a new dining table and chairs. Ordered in October was told 3/4 week delivery and constantly fobbed off on emails from “Andy”. They have no stopped replying and we are trying to get our money back from our credit card company. I have also reported to trading standards too

This company is a scam......do not order from them.
I ordered 4 chairs a table & a bench in September 3-4 wks delivery was given. A long story short a guy called Alexander gave me one excuse after another about shipping delays then so did another guy called Andy. Alway its coming next week blah blah anyway still havent recieved anything they stopped communication through email after i asked for a full refund. Absolute scamming scum they are
