They sell plastic handbags that have a chemical smell. Leather expert confirmed cheap plastic. I ordered the Elegant Clara handbag which the description stated made from genuine hight quality leather. I lost my $130 . SCAM ARTIST!!!

I reviewed recently following return of a product bought as a Christmas present when I was trying to obtain my refund. I eventually received my monies but not after I contacted Citizens Advice and told Ariadne that I had done so. Not worth all the hassle to me of dealing with this company.

Yes it took a while for delivery but company helpful in answering questions.

Ordered a leather shoulder bag and received a plastic nasty item. Am not holding out much hope of a refund. Avoid.

I ordered a birthstone necklace with initial for my daughters 18th birthday. Ordered it a month before her birthday and still waiting for it to arrive. Its past the date I wanted it for... Probably arrive in time for xmas if at all. When contacted they apologised for the delay at the processing stage, then three days later confirmed my order was being processed again... Waste of time.

I ordered 2 rings from here. They went past their processing time and kept telling me they were making them. I asked to cancel the order and they refused. They were delivered after nearly 4 weeks and came from China with yunexpress. I ordered the same sizes and same colour and when the rings came they were different sizes and colours to each other. I ask to return one of them and they refused. They also refused to help with the ring that was clearly the wrong size. Their support team have now stopped responding to my emails. Stupidly of me, I spent hundreds of pounds and now can’t receive anything back. Please, please do not order anything from here.

I bought of this company and wondered why it took so long for item to arrive but I bought 2 surgical body suits they were small when they arrived they were far to big I tried one on but not trying second as could see far to big. The company refused refund and never even asked me if I had tried them on they then refused me return so now I’m 90 pounds out of pocket and I’m unemployed through health reasons that I need the suits for. I though they would be of better quality but on a 2 week wait there arrived not to fit I then went on to Temu to buy some more to find they were the same ones ordered and that why they took so Longview to deliver them they only cost between £9 to £15 pounds this company are a rip off . There kind and friendly staff are not friendly they had no size measurements on the site they didn’t even know they could get extra small not a professional company at all just money grabbers. If the first time I have been refused refund and would never deal with them again not I have to find small fat person to give these body suits to same on this company

-5 PURE RIP OFF
Would be -5 of if I had an option I bought 2 body suits as I need them for health reasons they was over priced but thought I’d be getting a better quality of item they changed me 49 pounds each item and when I went on to Temu they came in a 9-15 pounds each. They refuse to refund me any money even for items that had not been tried on .THIS COMPANY ARE A RIP OFF and as for the friendly caring staff (NOT) they did not offer xs so you think surgical suits would be small as they are for compression but once I bought them they then offered me xs the refused to even take the items back CON
