I had troubles with an item and they couldn’t of been more helpful.

Absolutely over the moon with the service I've received!!! I had a very specific request - I was trying to buy a cap that was sold out :D I just tried my luck and emailed Aries Arise. And instead of simply saying "no, we don't have it", they put an effort and found one for me. The communication was quick and so helpful. They aimed at sending my order on Monday (30.09) but they couldn't make it that day so they added one more free hat as an apology!!! I've never seen anything like that before!! Yesterday (1.10) I received my order and was stunned how beautiful my items were ;)))) I would 10000000% recommend this company, not only for the quality of their products but also their service. Thank you so much for helping me buying something amazing for an amazing person :)))) P.S. He's thrilled with those caps <3

I ordered a top and some stock issues meant they weren't able to fulfill the order, or the second one I made. So they sent me a free gift! Really blown away by how nice they are. Their clothes are great quality too. Highly recommend.

I ordered a pair of Nylon Track Pants in size L, but due to a mix-up, a size M was sent instead.
When I contacted Aries Arise, their customer service responded incredibly quickly and kindly.

They immediately acknowledged the issue, offered a solution, and processed a replacement right away.
They even refunded the shipping cost without me having to ask again.
Their email communication was not only efficient, but also warm and personal — it truly impressed me.

As a fan of Aries from Japan, I was deeply touched by how thoughtful and responsive their team was.

I’ve bought clothes from Aries for years, I love their designs, the fit and the collabs. I recently had a long and boring story involving a suit for a wedding and, in short, they were just brilliant at getting me what I needed when I needed. Really personal touch from a brand that presumably has far better things to do than sorting out the needs of one of their many customers.

I had questions regarding some of the graphic tee's the were selling and I reached out to customer service. They were so kind and provided any info they could regarding my questions. They even decided to send me some stickers as well. Its the little things that count, and the way they make a customer feel special. Had a great experience with all of it.

Contacted customer service searching for an item and they couldn't have been more helpful in sourcing it for me!! Super quick responses too. Thank you!!

In this current economic status , where everyone under pressure from all sides , I had a great customer service from Aries customer service Center , they we so effortlessly efficient and absolutely amazing made my experience with my query dealt with simply and clearly , thank you , wonderful and much appreciated .

I love Aries. The store is beautifully laid out and the people that work there are very cool and happy to help. The coffee is incredible but very strong.

I love the clothes available and think Aries has done some incredible work. Their basics are unmatched and it makes sense no problemo became a separate shop for them!! I have a few of the Aries lace pieces and the quality is UNMATCHED, same with the skirts and other pieces I own.

I also think the website is well laid out and love that the clothes often have a picture with a model wearing them so you know how they fit. Nice touch is that the models look like real people. I think some of the campaigns Aries have done are sick.

I’m excited to see what comes next for Aries and I think the clothing is 100% worth investing in. Cannot recommend enough
