Sent my DME to be unlocked and they received it on a Monday. They claim a 24-hour turnaround time, which it is now Wednesday and I have not heard anything. I also cannot contact anyone; the only thing they say is that someone will call you back to resolve the issue.

I bought a downpipe, intake, and turbo inlet for intake.
The downpipe install and fitment was perfect. 5 stars.
The intake and the turbo inlet fit and fitment was 3 out of 5 stars. The fact that ARM ignored my 2 phone calls I made and the email response wasn’t great, I’m giving that 2 stars. I had simple questions that a live agent would have most likely answered, but I was basically ignored when calling them. The answering service told me they would give me a call back. That never happened.
I’m not satisfied with ARM.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, they cancelled my order for no reason, i sent an email, i called and they supposed was busy, they get my info to call me in shortly, but never answer my email and never call me BACK, So i decided to buy the part one more time, with OVERNIGHT DELIVERY for $63 more dlls and i sent an email to support explaining my problem with the new order number and they do not sent the part ONE MORE TIME, no answers, no nothing.
i have my car in the shop waiting for the part and i paid overnight delivery for the same reason, now i have to wait until monday, beacuse all the other options i have, do deliveries only in business days

Before I ever made a purchase with ARM, I had questions… lots! Rep, Ryan L., was awesome! Super patient and informative and I joked about getting a discount code and he gave me one, so I purchased downpipes the same day. Will absolutely do business with them again and can’t recommend them enough! -Nick S8/D4

I ordered from ARM MOTORSPORT A BMW PART 11/24, a label was made for ups to deliver to me. There is no tracking after that, it should have been delivered by 12/1, but nothing! Still waiting ! It 12/4!

This company is fantastic and I buy a ton of aftermarket parts because I have a few race cars and a few street cars and we all know how that goes... The ARM team has been nothing but professional and they make absolutely beautiful products that fit perfectly and I can't say one negative thing about them. Whatever you are looking at, buy it.
