Good light as indicated on the webside, very good and affordable.

Nice lightning just bought for my home, nice packaging.

Arrielight delivered to the wrong address over 3 weeks ago and have not corrected the problem yet. I still do not have my mirror and I do not get responses from them for 4-5 days after emailing them. They have failed to give me a tracking number.

Came today, cheap plastic, all cracked. Absolutely shocking. It’s an absolute joke

-5 stars SCAM SITE do not buy anything from here. Likewise I stupidly didn't check the reviews before ordering, the website is well set out so it looks authentic. The two items I bought were sent separately so hard to keep track of them. When they arrived they had both been very poorly packaged so both were dented and the quality of the product was really disappointing, spun metal that was very thin gauge so easily dented and would be obvious to anyone. They look and feel cheap.
Sending them back to China would cost more than the price of the original product and no guaranteed refund so will put it down to bad research on my part. I have no replies to my emails to the company. shame is this is a waste of resources, metal etc and time

First of all,it is my fault I didn’t read the reviews.Waited 6 weeks for the lights to arrive.
Paid £279 for 2 lights.They are cheapest crap that you could imagine.The plastic is as thin as a juice bottle.They look like something out of a pound shop and even at that,they might need to discount them to get rid of them.
They have other websites selling the same crap so look out for them.
This is a total scam operation.

We bought 2 small lights priced at £29.95 reduced from £39.95. Delivery was over 2 weeks late. The light was just one light not 2 and plastic, cheap rubbish more like a £1 shop purchase. The complaints procedure is convoluted, disingenuous, and ultimately without a refund. I highly recommend avoiding this dodgy company.

Really wish I'd read the reviews first so please don't make the mistake I made.
As others have said, this company purports to be from Poland but sends exceptionally poor quality items from China. And then asks you to pay for shipping to China to get a refund.
I bought 2x "Modern LED Chandelier Light with rings. - Geometric Ceiling Light" They're of poor quality, look really cheap and definitely not worth the price I paid. And then they've asked me to ship it back to China before I can get a full refund or a paltry 20% if I don't. Given I spent nearly £250 on both lights, this is an absolute disgrace. Wouldn't advise my worst enemy to shop there. RUN.

So wish I had read reviews before ordering from this scam company. All reviews are true. This is a scam. Just pleased I only placed a small order for one light. Am now pursuing claim through my credit card

It’s a scam. My order never arrived. They responded to emails occasionally but nothing ever came out of it.

Ordered two items. One has been lost in shipping the other has arrived damaged beyond use. I am surprised Trading Standards are letting this company trade as UK website when they won't respond to emails and are able to basically ignore requests for refunds.

This company operates as a scam. They portray themselves as a reputable lighting company based in Poland. In reality, they sell the cheapest looking knock off products from China. The product I spent £280 on isn’t worth a fraction of that. It took agesss to arrive and when it did, it did not resemble the advertised product at all- not in colour, quality, size. Their returns policy is a joke. They intentionally make it long winded, expensive and difficult to do. After a waiting for 2 weeks for a response, they rejected my claim for a free return as the product was not as advertised (as per my Consumer Rights). Instead, they insist on customers paying for a return to China.

Do not fall for this company, you will be bitterly disappointed.

I’m pretty sure it’s the same people running this as ‘arture lights’ as many products are the same and is giving the same scammy vibes- check out their trustpilot reviews which shows others have had the same experience.
