Brilliant experience. Above and beyond
Placed an order online and due to being extremely busy over the weekend before Christmas it was delayed and then the item sold out, the store refunded the item I purchased and sent me it in a different colour as an apology for the mistake free of charge (they did this before telling me!). They went above and beyond - greatly appreciated as it was a Christmas gift for my partner.
I’d actually had the same experience with another retailer, the same item was advertised as available online but out of stock in their store and I didn’t even get an apology for the mistake, just an email saying it was refunded….. so to get such a great experience from Arrowild was fab. Will definitely be shopping with you again. Thank you

I bought a Carhartt Detroit jacket and a pair of Danner boots both with healthy discounts from Arrowild in Frome and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The shop has a great selection of quality brands, and the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. When I decided to swap the jacket for a different colour, they made the exchange simple and hassle-free — no fuss, just friendly, efficient service. It’s rare to find that kind of customer care these days. Highly recommend if you're after well-made gear and a brilliant local shopping experience!
