They don't care for your time.
This company does not value customer's time. They schedule appointments and do not show up, nor do they have the courtesy to call and let the customer know they are delayed. This has happened multiple times. Stay away from this company. They are a total waste of time. Lots of better HVAC companies in the Nashville area who can help you but do not choose this one.

Superior service on a warranty issue
On a hot water heater installation 6 years prior, a tech had installed PEX tubing to the unsupported expansion tank. Over the years the tank began falling off to the side creating concern for functionality and possible leakage. As soon as service manager Michael was notified, he provided same day service by outstanding tech Matthew to completely retrofit the tubing with rigid pipe and provided a new expansion tank. I am super impressed with the quickness and quality of the response and will continue to be a customer. This is gold standard service, thank you!
