my dog will not eat the Arterra Supplement. I requested a refund but my request was just over 30 days. They refused to make it right as is stated on their webiste.

You learn a lot about a company after they take your money. I would not recommend this company or their products.

Arterra has been amazing, from the products to the customer service every step of the way. My two pups have been using the Arterra senior and adult supplement powder for a couple years and the soft chews for about a year and they can't get enough. When I was being shipped the mini soft chews instead of the regular size for my monthly order, I received an email from the Arterra team letting me know ahead of time so there wasn't any confusion. Arterra has done amazing things for my adult dog, but I've seen the most improvement in my senior girl. She's excited to eat, there are no longer signs of early arthritis in her back legs and she is able to keep up with her little brother again. She's at the healthiest weight she's ever been, her coat is shiny and full, she has more energy, she feels good and it shows! We are so so happy to be an Arterra family and highly recommend it to any and every pet parent that wants longevity and superior wellness for their best fur friends.

Thanks to Arterra products my pet is a super dog! I am giving her the middle name of Krypto because she can fly! This is a quality product and actually saves you money from having to buy multiple products to achieve the same results. Truth is this product does what no other formula can do. It is amazing! Because of Arterra I have given her the middle name Krypto!

I have two dogs and one is a senior(11 years old). Since giving him Arterra I have noticed a HUGE difference in his energy levels. He use to just lay and sleep all day, but now he gets zoomies again! I would highly recommend getting this for your dog and if they have issues with the taste I would recommend breaking it into smaller pieces and wrapping some cooked chicken around it.

I love the mission of this brand. They are using advanced science to formulate products that increase the quality of life in dogs. I've found most pet supplements on the market just target specific conditions and use cheap ingredients. Arterra does not skip on quality and aims for holistic wellness. I've been using both their powder supplement and toothpaste for months and seen a dramatic improvement in my dogs energy and overall health. Keep it up Arterra!

I gave my dog half the recommended amount for his size and he threw up not long after. Then he had runny stools for days and had accidents in his kennel which he hasn't done since he was a puppy. Not only this but he's been throwing up at least twice a day after feeding him this. I would give this product 0 stars if I could, it made my dog sick! Luckily he has a vet appointment in a few days.

So excited to have found such a comprehensive all-in-one product for my little Bacchus and Lola. Now I just wish I could find a comparable vegan product for humans! After seeing the incredible ingredient list and feeling so good about being able to give my pups this, I have been scouring the internet to see if I can find a vegan supplement for humans with a similar ingredients list and such comprehensive nutritional value with no luck. That said, dogs are so lucky to have this. I've lost a lot of faith in my veterinary experiences as more and more vets are being bought up by private equity firms, compromising quality for quantity. My boy, Bacchus, was recently a completely different dog -- lacked energy, didn't do a lot of things he used to, showed signs of illness, and I could not figure out what was wrong with him. Vets ran me through a costly chase for answers with absolutely no help, just shuffled us in and out. I switched his diet and incorporated this supplement into his food and he is more and more himself each day. I believe this supplement had a lot to do with his turn around, a turn around I am so grateful for as my pups are my heart. Hopefully maybe the company will consider expanding into the human realm now and make a vegan product just as comprehensive as this. :)

I wish I could give Arterra more than 5 stars. My dog, Roxy is almost 12 years old and I have tried many different products for her ailments to no avail. Mostly weakness and pain in the back end area. She was sluggish and really didn’t want to do much I imagine due to pain and aging. All the products I tried and all the money I spent did nothing until I found Arterra. She has been on it since March and it has made a tremendous difference. She is like another dog. More energetic and much happier, walks are more fun for her and she is even playing with her toys more. So many good changes ! I am relieved now to see her enjoying life more. Thank you Arterra for giving Roxy her life back. Customer service goes above and beyond to help with your questions and needs. I couldn’t be happier with them. Try Arterra, you won’t be disappointed!

Fantastic customer service. I ordered the wrong product, instead for my senior I mistakenly clicked on adult dogs under 7. I sent an email and they immediately helped me out. Answered the same day!!
That's close to unheard of.

I had questions that were answered right away. I received my product quickly. My dog likes the taste.

I’ve used Arterra for my two senior dogs for about three months and I have seen a noticeable difference in their activity levels and overall health. I highly recommend this product based on my experience.

I've only been using Arterra for a few weeks, but my older yorkie seems spunkier and in better health. I'm very hopeful she will continue to improve on this product.

At first I was worried you have no phone number to call, but you have email in a matter of minutes and solve my problem plus you have shipped my order the next day. As a first time customer it's very important to me. Hopefully those vitamins will add extra nutrients that my dog might be missing.

I’ve been using Arterra remineralizing toothpaste on my 3 year old lab, Evie, for about two weeks. I’d tried, unsuccessfully, using other toothpastes in the past and wound up not using any at all. Until now. She loves the taste and actually looks forward to having her “toothpaste treat”. I use my finger to apply it. A little goes a long way.
I am particularly drawn to the fact that the ingredients are natural and I’m confident that this product will have long term benefits.

I have reached out multiple times to speak with a representative or even just get an email back and have gotten nothing, no help to my question. This is highly disappointing

Edit: Directly after submitting the poor review here I find a response email magically in my direct inbox, not my spam folder. It had the answer to my question that I had sent them twice at different times, once through their 'contact us' on their website and also an email straight from my yahoo email.

THE PRODUCT: Honestly, it smells like beef stock which is a plus. The powder rehydrates easily without clumping much, even when mixing with a spoon.

My 70lb Akita/malamute mix has had some recent flaky/dry skin that made him itch quite a bit that I believe this supplement has helped get rid of despite the severe weather change.
Despite being prone to having a super sensitive stomach/digestive track in the past the senior powder did not bother him. It's made his poops the perfect balance of soft & firm.
He seems to enjoy it but he's also been been food driven since he was a young puppy. He has degenerative myelopathy, so his need for more of the supplement than directed I think may help him more as his need is greater.

The biggest drawback is the price but it's offset by the referral program benefits. If you have family & friends who are willing to spend money on their dogs then make them try this product at least once.

Overall it's good. My boy seems to be doing good on it, I like that it smells like actual broth & seems easy on my dogs super sentive digestive track.

I have been giving my 12 year old Bloodhound Arterra for just over a month and I am very happy with how she is doing on it so far. Within a couple days, she was licking the bowl clean. I noticed a big difference in her appetite about a week into it. She is more engaged mentally and has more energy than she has had in months. I have gone from adding over a dozen different supplements with varying results to adding just this and camelina oil so it has simplified our feeding routine. I have also cut way back on her cbd oil, which has saved me money. I will continue to giver her Arterra and hope to see even more improvements!

Arterra is easy is to use and our dog loves having it added to his food each day. We previously had a drawer full of various supplements for our labradoodle. It’s great having the peace of mind that he’s getting everything he needs with just one scoop! Thank you for making this product 🙏

I'd been looking for an all-in-one solution to ease my older dog's aging and improve his overall well-being. I couldn't be happier with Arterra. I trust the science behind it, and it's worth every penny. I simply add it to my dog's food with a bit of water, and he gobbles it up. Since starting on Arterra, he seems a bit more spry than usual, more energetic. Here's hoping it continues to improves his quality of life and adds months or years to our time together!
