I ordered a framed print a couple of months ago, it arrived reasonably quickly and I am very pleased with it.
However, I decided to order another print, for my bedroom, unfortunately I ordered the wrong size and asked if I could get a refund or exchange for a larger size but we're told that I would only get 30% refund and there would be a management charge. I am unhappy as the website state you can return in original packaging for your money back, it doesn't mention only 30%. Because I really wanted the print, I've reordered the larger size. But I will return the incorrect one and except the refund. The money back guarantee is misleading on the website.

Really thrilled with the three prints we ordered. I’d been a bit nervous after reading a few poor reviews but our experience has been very positive.

Arrived quickly, well made and packaged too - they look fabulous. The price was reasonable too.

I made an enquiry before buying which was answered very quickly. I ordered 3 prints. They were despatched and received within a few days. Well packaged and exactly what I ordered. Wry good indeed. I will be buying more from Artesta.

I honestly couldn't say one single positive thing about our experience with Artesta. After ordering almost 10 prints, all framed, for our new home we were excited to finally open them. Every single frame was flimsy and damaged with scratches across the plastic acrylic glass. One of the prints has a big stain on the corner which looks like coffee has been split on it. All the larger prints have visible creases and folds in them despite them arriving pre-framed. We've spent months trying to contact the company with no reply and are now having to go via the bank to try and get our money back. It's a shame as the actual catalogue of art is great, but damaged and cheap feeling frames alongside stained and creased prints is completely unacceptable. We are now going to have to get all the prints reframed at time and cost to ourselves and have had to purchase a different print from elsewhere to replace the stained one. Will be avoiding this company at all costs going forward.

Really conflicted about this review but ultimately settled on 3 stars. I ordered a canvas and while it is very good quality and I’m very happy with it, the delivery/tracking process was horrendous. When I ordered it , the website said delivery within 24-72 hours. 2 weeks went by and I had heard nothing. No updates, no dispatch notification and no tracking. I emailed their customer support twice with no response as well as sending a message through their WhatsApp team. Again no response. Then today I had a random delivery and lo and behold it was the canvas. As I said I’m very happy with the product but the service could be massively improved! I was very close to initiating a chargeback through my bank due to the lack of updates.

Great art, arrives framed and ready to hang. Sooooo inexpensive but doesn't look it. It arrived quickly as well. Could not fault this company or product.

SCAM! I purchased a picture 10 days ago, and I haven't received the shipping information. I've been trying to get in touch with them multiple times, and their chatbot is useless; their support email gave me very vague responses, and there isn't an option to request a refund. This is a scam.

Due to my own error of miskeying my postcode my order got lost. The staff at artesta were so helpful. The response was was super quick which helped me with the info needed. I have now received the prints really good quality print.

Very poor experience. I placed my order on 21st December for Christmas, but the item was never delivered. The tracking number provided did not work on Royal Mail, and there was no clear delivery update. When I contacted customer service, instead of resolving the non-delivery, I was offered only a partial refund for an item I never received. This was extremely disappointing and frustrating. Poor communication, no accountability, and unacceptable handling of an undelivered order. I would not recommend this service.
