Best company I have ever dealt with and I'm almost 70 years old. My first order, whilst packaged very thoroughly, had a cracked piece in the sculpture's tail due to an internal knot in the wood and some hard knocks in its trip to Australia. When I contacted the company they immediately said they would send another piece, free of charge and fast track the work. I received my second piece in perfect order. Their kind, professional and polite communication made everything easy. I'm so very grateful for not only a beautiful sculpture but also for the integrity and kindness of the people at Artiblend, particularly Jack Chen, who went above and beyond to make sure that I received a perfect piece of art.

After quite a significant amount of time looking online, I found what I was looking for. The description was clear although I wished it would “appear” bigger. Silly me. The sculpture arrived very well packaged and without any damage. It is sitting in my living room and it warms my heart every time I look at it. I simply Love it. Thank you.

My experience with Artiblend was excellent. I ordered two pieces. A large wood sculpture from artist Tom Hampson and another wood piece by artist Julie Laux. All pieces comes with a digital certificate of authenticity signed by the artist.
The whole process was monitored by Mr. Chen; he was very professional along the whole process. Overall the pieces were packed extremely well. It took longer than anticipated, but it was worth the wait. I strongly recommend Artiblend to anyone who loves art. Than you Artiblend

The pieces were better looking in person. Customer service was very responsive. The items were shipped very well packaged. All around good experience.

I ordered and received a beautiful animal wood sculpture. It is stuning and generated lots of really positive comments.

I was so excited to get the vase in that I ordered from Artiblend. Unfortunately when it arrived there were several areas faulty. Not the quality expected for a $500 vase. I reached out right away to the company only to find out I had to pay for shipping back, which was to China costing a little over $100. I was told I would be refunded upon the order being returned and now they are denying the shipping cost refund. They take 5 plus days to even respond to an email, making the process incredibly regress.

An indication of a good vendor is their customer service when some thing goes wrong! I experienced a failing but admire and appreciate the responsiveness and attention to detail that Jack Chen committed to the situation! He addressed the issue, offered a satisfactory solution , and has gained my confidence and customer loyalty!

We ordered a large expensive sculpture for a clients home. It was in the home no longer than 3 weeks and deep cracks appeared in many places. When I reported this to the company they said it’s the nature of the wood for cracks to appear.
Well why didn’t they tell me it would crack when I made the purchase? They recommended I get someone to add filler to the cracks but not interested in helping in any other way. Also it is definitely not hand carved but done by a machine. Would not purchase from this company again.

This company is a fraud!
It’s not hand made and they base in china. Do not buy from them NOTHING.

The website looks legitimate with quality looking hand-made products. I ordered a lamp. What I received was poor workmanship; so disappointed. I paid $11.09 for the "worry-free purchase". Artiblend was very cooperative in processing my refund.

I ordered what was advertised as a handmade wood piece from Artiblend. When it arrived it looked machine-engraved and not at all like the photos.
I emailed customer service asking to return it. After several emails back and forth, a representative told me, “Because for products under $200, we will have some machine engraving. If it is purely handmade, plus the shipping fee, this business cannot be done.”
This is not what was described online. They refused to provide a prepaid return label. I’ve now disputed the charge with my credit-card company.
Sharing so others know what to expect.

My 86 year old Mom made a purchase with you recently. Animal Wood Sculpture #WA048 $441. The actual sculpture that arrived is gross. It's not even it's so fake. It doesn't even look like wood. Only the base is wood, the rest is clay I think. Jack Chen emailed back and forth with Mom. He only refunded her $133. Their website says "If you choose to be refunded all return costs will be covered". This is a total scam. What appeared to be a beautiful wooden sculpture of an owl in their online catalog turned out to be a piece of crap. Their customer service sucks. Don't ever waste your money here! I wish I could upload a comparison picture from the catalog versus the real thing.
