Cancelled immediately received confirmation of cancellation but still waiting for the refund. Keep promising but nothing happens!!
Extremely disappointed
I ordered from Artiplanto’s European website to avoid import fees, yet I had to pay over €100 in import costs. They promised to reimburse me if I advanced the payment, but after doing so, they stopped responding to my emails. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I cannot recommend this company.

It’s an artificial plant, but it can work in certain areas. 5 stars for the support I received from this company.

They refunded my money after 3 weeks, it sat for a day as pending then it was cancelled!
Still no refund, no contact and blocked on their social media, keep away from this company!!

Tapis de mauvaise qualité!!! Après a peine 1 ans la couleur palis. C’est cheap. Le personnel est long a répondre par couriel et ne peut rien faire après 12 mois et ils semblent s’en ficher.
Désolant . Je l’ai pas laver dans la laveuse , juste essuyer des taches.

FRAUD ALERT!
Isn’t zero stars an option? This company is a total scam. I ordered a rug, after hearing nothing about shipping I reached out and they said it would be delivered the following week. That didn’t happen so I followed up and they said it would be another 1-2 weeks because they were behind. I had a bad feeling so asked to cancel my order for a refund. They said no problem, I would receive a confirmation email and refund within 10 business days. Neither of these things happened. The service was friendly and prompt at this point. I followed up after not hearing anything and didn’t receive a response, I followed up again and nothing. I’ve disputed the charge on my credit card. Their IG has a lot of the same comments. How is this allowed?!

We initially placed an order for 5 products on July 27th for an overall cost of $1,562.51 CAD. We received the first product without any issues on July 30th. After the first shipment, everything went sideways. We've had to conduct multiple follow-ups throughout the month of August to receive status updates on our products.
As of September 24th, we had received 4 out of 5 products. We received an email from Megan confirming that our last item was cancelled on October 3rd and that we would receive a refund within the next 10 business days.
After the 10 business days, multiple phone calls, online chat support and subsequent emails we have received zero response from the company regarding the status of the refund for the Anna Artificial Banana plant.

Bought a rug from Artiplanto and it was a disaster. The rug looked nothing like the pictures—colors were off and the quality was awful. Felt cheap and flimsy.
To top it off, they promised a refund but then ghosted me. Ignored all my emails. Super unprofessional.
Avoid Artiplanto at all costs. Their products are misrepresented and their customer service is a joke.
Terrible quality and Non-Existent Customer Support
I ordered the "linen" quality of rug on October 11th. Finally received it after having been misled about the transit time. The quality is so unbelievably cheap. I tried to contact the company to exchange the rugs (I ordered 3) to their premium washable rugs. Not only do they not answer emails, but their chat bot is also silent. I don't know too many businesses who ignore you when you tell them you want to spend more money. After repeated messages over several days, I just want my money back. I cannot recommend this company.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service, bought a faux plant in June and the item was backordered and delayed multiple times with no update from the company. I just received it on September 30th. Don't waste your time with the chatbot on their site or calling their number, they won't respond to anything but email. That being said, the plant is decent quality for what I paid.
