I'm not happy with this website. We don't like the painting, we are trying to return it back, but none is replying my emails. This is unacceptable at all. I have sent several emails asking to return it back, but I didn't receive an answer from their side. I will proceed to make a complaint.

Artismore is very responsive - even with the time change they were prompt in answering. I loved that they let me see the painting before they shipped it - I did ask for some changes. It took longer to get here than expected, but once I notified them that I had not yet received it they tracked it down and it was here in a day or two. It looks fantastic on my wall, for the fraction of the price of an original painting. They packaging is great - it was in perfect condition.

I saw this beautiful painting from Ashley Bidot on Pinterest. I followed the link and came to the website of ArtIsmore where I then bought the painting. Very easy process to tailor my painting in size and framework. I am very impressed with the customer service of the company and quality of the painting. Remarkable that they sent a picture of the finished painting for my review before shipping. In addition, shipping was for free and ArtIsmore even reimbursed the import duties I had to pay. Very pleasant lady I was in contact with through email. Well done Emily and many thanks for this pleasant experience!

I was sent a picture of the artwork before it was shipped. I wasn’t happy with it at first and asked for a few modifications. After some changes were made, another picture was sent for my approval. I approved the artwork, and it was shipped. I love it! Thank you for taking the time to get this just right! I am now going to order another piece of art from Artismore.

Placing my order was easy.
I had constant follow up.
My painting arrived in a timely manner and the delivery driver contacted me immediately when he realised I was not home to receive my painting. I arranged with him to leave it with my neighbour.

I wanted to purchase a painting in 2022, they looked to be a scam back then. The communication was poor and didn't want to take the risk with such a big amount of money. Why couldn't I place the date as 2022.
