The chair is wonderful and 5 star, I selected the #2001 model and love all of the features. All works as it should and better than I expected. I was impressed how fast it was available. I surprised my husband for our 35th anniversary. He loved it, we have had 4 people come try it out!
The only reason I went down a star was the delivery company Cevo. They very professionally called and set a date and time window. I arranged my week to this day. Getting hubs out of the house so it could be set up and a perfect surprise. The day came and went with me checking my phone for hours and calling them twice to be on hold for 45 mins each time and then disconnected. I began to believe I had fallen victim to a scam. No call and no show after making their arrangement was bad. Made for a miserable day. The next day they called 45 minutes out for delivery. It ended up and worked out but it really ruined a full day with worry. I highly recommend the chair and realize the seller didn’t know the delivery company didn’t follow through the day they assigned.

My entire order has not been received. The two pack was ordered, and only ONE chair has been delivered.

Ordered 2 chairs and bolts were missing and there customer service email is a nightmare and won’t call you back to help. I thought I was ordering from an American company but the chairs were straight from china and not as big as advertised. Just be aware when ordering they ship every chair with a huge metal bar to hold everything together and I caused huge creases on your chair and headrest.

The chiar I purchased was not the chair I recieved. I intentionally bought the chair with voice AI, my order has that description on it. I recieved the chair a level down with no voice AI.
When I reached out to customer service they said they screwed up and offered me $50. I'm not okay with that response. I want the chair I paid for and thought I was getting.

Overall the chair is great, but not what I ordered and paid for.

Nice chair, why not 5 stars? Let's call it 4.5 The heating of the back is sufficient, could be warmer, the heat on the legs, minimal, can't feel as much as I was hoping. The Massage itself is great. The 5 auto settings give a nice variety, and the manual settings let you customize. Shipped quickly with tracking.

This company is on Instagram posting as if they are legit they are not. My daughter purchased a barber chair from them and has not received her product. They are giving her the runaround please do not purchase from them.

I am completely satisfied with the chairs and cabinets I purchased and look forward to working with you in the future.

Package was never received , I contacted artist hand and never got any type of help, it’s a scam they don’t have a number or customer service for a reason to make it harder to get in contact for these situations

The most regretted purchase in over 10 years a Prime member. Very low quality product. Many missing broken parts. Packaging does not facilitate return. No Seller/Manufacturer support. Many modifications to make barely functional. Avoid this seller and brand.We have been back and forth with several messages. I have purchased two shampoo units total $871.96. I have spent additional $165.33 plus many hours, to make these units work. You refunded $325.46. Return is impossible since the packaging must be destroyed to open. The only help I will accept is remaining refund. Otherwise my review of this product and the seller will remain. I will also document this with Amazon Customer Service and future buyers. Thank you.

The delivery was really quick, the packaging was really well and the chair I bought itself was amazing! The only thing was that the chair was rusty at the base and I’m not sure if it was from the delivery or something else, but it isn’t much of a problem. I would recommend this to anyone !

The chairs showed up quickly and packaged very well. The reason for 4 star instead of 5 is because the hydraulic bases are lacking. They don’t have much up travel and when a client is in the chair you can see the chair flexing side to side. So I took my old barber chairs apart and took the new chairs apart and used the old hydraulic bases with the new chair tops . Now the chairs look great and function as they should have to begin with.

One of the pre drilled holes that holds the back in wasn't threaded properly and the head rest had a little cut. When I contacted them through email for a partial refund or something to make this right I have received the run around until they get stopped emailing back. Other than that the chair is great
