Artisticwebstudios built my website for me, not only did they make a great website that I love they held my hand the whole way. They helped me look at my business in a bigger and greater light and taught me many valuable things. They were there every step of the way. Between Ryan and Kevin I felt truly cared about I was not just another number. I breed dogs and they know every single one of their names and which dog is which. I feel like they truly care about my success business and about me as well. They are knowledgeable and well versed in business and building websites. I will continue to work with them happily. I needed help building a website for my re-start-up. A friend referred me to the company after I tried working with another company for about a month. We had a great experience with AWS. I worked with Ryan, who was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the process. Our project was to take a website written about 8 years ago and rebuild it using new technology. They started from scratch and implemented a great site with new improvements. A couple of times they went into the weeds, but we communicated and they quickly fixed things the way we wanted them. We had some quirky expectations, and they met them exactly. I was an absolute novice when I contacted Artistic Web Studios about building a website for my group. There was much more involved than I would have assumed. However, as I moved through the process, my Webmaster, Kevin, helped me to understand how we would reach the result I desired. There were costs associated with the project, of course, and he even helped me with that. The end result is a quality website that depicts my group accurately and graphically displays the pride we want all to see.

I wanted to have a website to blog and write about various topics, and I tried to create one myself using different do-it-yourself website companies but it didn’t turn out good. I saw an online ad for Artistic Web Studios and decided to reach out to them. I left an online request and received a response back within minutes. I worked with Ryan Smith who is very pleasant and professional. I really like having someone there instead of doing it online because people can get a feel of what you want even if you can’t articulate it well. You don’t get that from online websites. Ryan sent me some forms to fill out online detailing what I want this website to be. The questions were very detailed.

I was looking for a website for my first book debut. It had to be good. Artisticwebstudios designed me a stellar website which by far exceeded my expectations! Their staff held my hand all the way; took note of my input and made a custom design that I was beyond impressed with. I recommend Artisticwebstudios without any reservations.

I had a horrible experience.

It took 37 days to create a very basic website of 5 pages (they promised within 10 days), and they missed every single one of their own deadlines along the way.

Give them a list of changes, half will get done, the other half dropped and they'll create two more issues while they are at it. They don't tell you what they are going to do or when, and they're amazingly terrible at following step-by-step instructions. Simple things such as a sticky header weren't able to get accomplished by this company (I had to add it myself).

I had such a problem getting my website done that I escalated my issues to senior management. I got "help" from Ben, the company VP. Unfortunately, he was just as terrible to deal with, failing to address any of my core issues or the relationship. Ben literally just stopped replying to me.

In the end, I changed the website myself after getting it back from this company and I'm happier with my version than theirs.

Their price is good, but it's a headache. I think their gimmick is that they truly want you as a customer for Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and if you're just there for a website, go to the back of the line. They'll get to you, and eventually, you'll get 75% of what you wanted.

This firm includes highly skilled supervisors, detail-oriented managers and expert creative web designers who all work together in sync with one another. They created my service-oriented project work smoothly and efficiently. Kevin supervised his team to help make my corporate 8 pg. digital website a definite, “WOW!” I’m very proud to show the world why everyone is looking and signing up for business. “Way to go! Thank you to Kevin and your clever team!” Also the SEO experts got me to the top in just a short amount of time. I’d recommend these guys to anyone who wants their new business to really get off the ground with a bang!
