I will start of by saying it was excellent experience for last 3 days. Thanks to the whole team who take great care of me during the transplant process and especially Mr. Invi who has been in constant touch from the starting phase to till today and for next coming months!! Thanks to Mehmet as well for great hospitality in Istanbul.

Mr. Invi was an amazing consulate. He was very informative, he answered all my questions, and made me feel very at ease about coming all the way from America to Turkey. To a country I spoke, not one single word of their language. Everything he said that was gonna happen happened exactly the way he said it. So, there were no surprises My interpreter Mr. Mehmet was just as awesome as Mr.Invi he was consistent, transparent, positive, assuring, welcoming and introduced me, and a few other people who were there with me some very delicious Turkish food. I had never been outside of America, so I was very anxious, but between Mr.Invi and Mr. Mehmet I felt very comfortable and reassured. My transplant went very well and my experience there went even better. I have zero complaints so if you’re looking to get a hair transplant if your from America, or anywhere else, this guys are definitely the place you want to come to in Istanbul. By the way this city is one of the most beautiful cities in the world.

Le Dr Harten est très professionnel prend vraiment son temps avec le patient ! Une chose qu'on ne retrouve plus aujourd'hui chez les autres dentiste. Il a été au petit soin avec moi sont travail à été minutieusement bien fait je suis allé avec des enciennes couronne des dents devitaliser et je suis sortie de chez lui mais plus que parfaite avec un jolie sourire 😃 je le remercierais jamais assez !! En plus il a une collaboratrice Eminet qui vérifie tout les petits détail de la touche final vraiment au top merci. Et alors rien à dire de Synda et Farouk les traducteurs qui nous ont soutenu du début jusqu'à la fin c'étaient une vrais famille pour nous très belle rencontre. Merci du fond du coeur à tous je recommande Dr Harten vous ne serais pas déçu il adore sont métier je le note 10/10 je retournerais pour mon mari et des amis !!

I must be one of the most difficult people for a dentist to work on. I have this extreme phobia about going to dentist. Dr.Arten had no trouble overcoming the obstacles that I created. It didn’t take long for me to feel comfortable and relax. I did get 11 implants and no pain at all . Beside the excellent treatment that I received from Dr.Arten, the entire staff was amazing,knowledgeable, and professional.They help me found hotel which was like 5 minutes walking which was perfect for me , they even arrange to be picked up from the airport and dropped off so I didn’t have to worry about that . And everything I needed they was more than happy to help me . But for me the best thing was everything it was done fast so I didn’t have to stay weeks , this doctor puts his heart into his work . I finally found my dentist and recommend everyone to give this professional group of people a chance next time they have tooth issues. Thank you so so much for everything 🙏

As a healthcare provider myself, I know what a quality patient care and excellent service is and Dr. Arten as well as his staff manifested all these even exceeded my expectations during my dental procedure at his clinic in Istanbul!

Dr. Arten is very adept. He is meticulous - shows great attention to detail when it comes to formulating the best treatment and the best outcome possible for your dental care needs. He is very personable, readily listens to his patients needs, greats you with his calm and personable demeanor - a true depiction of what turkish hospitality is, and goes above and beyond his duties to meet his clients needs.

I was at his clinic in Istanbul for my veeners and was skeptical and nervous about my procedure specially me living in Texas, USA and I had to fly to Istanbul, Turkey but the whole experience is remarkable and convinient starting from my airport transfers, clinic visits, and follow up appointment - All done stress free! Dr. Arten made me feel at ease. He carefully explained the procedure and readily answered to my questions and concerns with regards to my treatment.

Dr. Arten is a prominent cosmetic and oral surgeon in Istanbul and I was blown away with how hands on he is to his clients. Most established doctors I know will usually just supervise, play a little part with the treatment and will let their assitant do the rest of the treatment but NOT Dr. Arten. He was very hands on and extremely dedicated to his work!

Kudos also to his staff Marsel and Alana! Both were incredible and were readily available 24/7 to answer my concerns and needs while in Istanbul!

Pre and post treatment checks were remarkable. I had no problem connecting with Dr. Arten and staff about my concerns even while away and now back in the US!

I had hair transplantation in October 2022 And now I get very excellent 👌 results I happy with the service of this company and also my consultant Invi is very great and nice person. Honestly, I couldn’t have had a better experience with ArtMed! The entire process from beginning to end was expertly coordinated by Invi. He was so professional and helpful at every step. From going through the consultation, to my departure, and arriving back in the states, Invi and his team had my interests in mind the entire time. I knew that I was in good hands from the start. Everything was meticulously planned. I would definitely recommend ArtMed, Invi, Sara, Marsel, and the entire staff at the clinic! Truly a world class experience when it comes to a hair transplant!

I have just gotten both FUE and DHI a few days ago and I cannot be happier with their service. I actually flew to Istanbul to go with a different clinic to do my surgery but they did not provide an interpreter and there were major miscommunications which led to me missing my appointment and they took my deposit. Artmed took my appointment at the last minute and I was able to have the surgery the following day because they were so responsive. Artmed was so organized that you do not need to think about anything. They provide the drivers (to and from airport, hotel and clinic), interpreter and hotel. All you do is show up. My English interpreter, Sara was fantastic. They help arrange everything, you can text them about everything and they stay during the whole procedure so you don't need to worry about any miscommunication.

The procedure besides the anaesthesia is painless, and they give you everything you need for the healing process. I flew back to Los Angeles on a 14 hour flight and I didn't swell up at all and it was far more comfortable than I expected.

I got 2 procedures in 2 days, DHI to lower my hairline in the front and FUE to increase density on top. DHI took longer than FUE but I also finished hours before I thought it would complete. I really didn't have significant hair loss and instead of just taking my money, they tried to convince me that I didn't need the second day procedure but I chose to do it now instead of coming back in the future. That showed me that they are looking out for the patient instead of the cash.

I'm sure you will probably watch a ton of YouTube videos about people's experiences but the one thing I never saw on any video or forum is please pack at least 3 button down shirts. Not polos but full zip or button because after the surgery, you shouldn't put your head around a shirt because you could damage the new hair and irritate the donor area.

You will have a lot of options for hair transplants but after the first one I dealt with before Artmed, I can appreciate them even more. Istanbul does not have many English speakers and an interpreter is important, especially during the consultation and procedure. Some clinics say they do but they don't but Artmed does and they made the experience far easier. This can be an important and life changing procedure and you should make sure that it's done right with excellent service which is what I experienced with Artmed.

What can I say, but everything positive about this medical experience. From inquiring into having an hair transplant, to actually signing up going and having an hair transplant.
Artmed International health services delivered exactly as I was told was going to happen, from consultations with Invi, to daily transfers, to hotels to medical professionalism.
Definitely recommend Artmed
