Very happy with canvas
So happy with my canvas, it’s bold and the colours are fantastic and quality is high. Very good value, free delivery and great customer service. Communication with company was excellent, and a query was answered very fast, within an hour. Would highly recommend and would use again.

The print was well packaged and arrived on time and without any damage. The colours on the print are excellent and match the colours shown online. I was expecting a better quality frame and backing, but the one advantage here is that the item is very light in weight.

The canvas and frame are very good. Your choice of carrier - not so! Fed ex delivery was not delivered on the day stated - and then delivered to an incorrect address- although it said I’d signed for it - makes me reticent to do another order due to the carrier - not the actual art

First rate service from purchase to receipt of my beautiful print.
The process of buying my print was very straightforward. I had regular emails informing me of the progress, and delivery information. The print was well packaged and I am over the moon with the quality. It is absolutely beautiful. First rate service all round. Will definitely use them again.

Pictures are great.. but so difficult and frustrating not being able to talk to anyone !!?
Im sorry but I have to have a direct Customer Service on the Telephone... I will and canNot deal with a company that cant provide this basic Service.
Being a private and contract Interior designer and designing showhomes.. I found the deliverys frustrating and didn't know what, when or if anything was arriving .. when you are on site I cant always do emails I NEED to have a good Talk to Someone ?? about what is arriving... There's no warning and I only have a Short window of 2 days to take in delivery's.
It is not fair on the Site Manager or staff to take in my delivery's, and it has taken a lot more effort and time in cost, on this occasion.

This was my third purchase of large canvas prints from this company…so that should say something.
Each time, the prints were ordered online and arrived well wrapped and without any issues.

Beautiful 2 pictures bought for my guest bedroom,one however was not checked for quality control and had not been assembled correctly,the print wasnt in the frame correctly and the board that forms the back of the frame was clearly warped
i did manage to reassemble the print and frame but its clear that it wasnt checked before being shipped

From what we can see, it may have been damaged in transit, but either way, your order should have arrived properly assembled and in perfect condition. I completely understand your disappointment.

They use FedEx for the delivery who are…
They use FedEx for the delivery who are absolutely useless. Their website is completely useless. Attempted delivery once and shipped it back to the sender. Printshop couldn’t work out where my picture was so they sent me another. Had to stay in all day and wait. No option to change delivery date or put a safe place on. Unfortunately won’t use again for this reason.

We’re very sorry that your original delivery experience with FedEx was frustrating. Whilst the vast majority of our deliveries arrive without issue, we completely understand how disappointing it is when a parcel is unexpectedly returned to sender.
As soon as we became aware of the problem, we arranged and dispatched a replacement immediately, and we’re pleased this arrived quickly and that you were happy with the product itself.
We are continuing to investigate with FedEx why the original parcel was returned, as this is highly unusual. We always want our customers to receive both excellent products and a smooth delivery experience, and we appreciate your feedback.
