Shit made of nilon material looks nothing like the picture I will never wear it they screwed me and took over a month to do so do not buy anything from them or you will be sorry

Quality of items received very poor , spent about £120 and they are literally not even worth £10. Nothing like the pictures , infact I’ve sent them to the charity shop .

Stay away from this company .

One star because the product actually arrived. Paid extra for quick delivery and when it never arrived withing specified time that was my first red flag. Automated email responses when I asked for my order tracking number was my second red flag. Giving them the benefit of doubt when the product finally arrived I was only further disappointed to see it was nothing like the product in the website photos. Will never trust a site linked to Facebook again

The quality is very poor and not as shown in photos. I paid for fast delivery but it took them a couple of weeks to deliver

It is called Artistcloth, it is a scam, fraud and theft, with very poor fabrics and quality, they do not send all the items and refuse to refund the money. Let me quote from one of their emails in response to a complaint, "I'm sorry, but I have tried my best to compensate you. If the amount is too much, it may cause trouble to my work. I hope you can forgive me".

This is a scam company they don't send the correct order, they send cheap and nasty clothes instead and won't do a refund. Do not buy from these people. Company is called artcloths.com. beware!

I ordered the pansy sweater, tracked it for over a month. Carrier reported package as lost. I asked for a refund and have received the same canned email every few days for another month. They say they’ll refer to the appropriate department. No merchandise, no refund, out $45.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY!! If I could have given NO STARS I would have done. I ordered 5 tops and they were either VERY poor quality or they were not true to size....in fact they were all different sizes! I had not realised they were coming from China (yes I know!) so they arrived over 3 weeks later. As others have said I was offered 20% off my next order and keep the items. But there is no chance I will order again! They know what they are doing because it costs a fortune to return a large parcel to China so I am stuck with them. You will never get a refund! A waste of £66!!

My mum (who has dementia) ordered an item that was not only the wrong size when it turned up but also terrible quality and looked nothing like the picture. She was really upset as it cost c£40. No worries I thought, it was still within the stated returns window so I'll explain the situation with my mum's illness and try to get a refund. In the subsequent exchange of a dozen or so emails they did everything they could to discourage me from returning - each time offering a larger discount voucher (10% then 15%) to buy something else substandard from their website. Handing over more money for more rubbish was obviously of no interest to me, so I kept saying no. Eventually they agreed to start a returns procedure but warned me it would be slow and not to contact them again for at least a week. I waited and waited... nothing. A month later after another chase they finally gave me a return address in China and told me I must send it back via tracked postage at my own expense and IF on receipt it met their refund requirements I would be refunded minus the cost of initial transport and all customs fees incurred in both directions. A quick caclulation made it obvious that it would cost me more to return than to buy in the first place and, at best, if I was lucky I might get a couple of pounds back. The result is that IT IS SIMPLY UNVIABLE TO RETURN ANY ITEM TO THIS COMPANY IN CHINA whether it's the wrong size, misdescribed or substandard quality. A charity shop has also just rejected the item my mum bought!!! what does that tell you? YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

The item I ordered, knitted, embroidered jumper was definitely NOT what I received. I'm usually pretty careful about ordering and check reviews. This I ordered to 'cheer' a loved one up on a whim. Like others, now that I have researched, I was offered 20% discount, upping to 30% on refusal, towards my next purchase.

This company should be prosecuted for false advertising, you order something and you receive something completely different and very poor quality.I have asked for a refund and they have just offered me 20% discount as if I would ever buy from them again. I am still asking for a refund so watch this space. Please people don't order from this company!

Ordered pansy knitted sweater as shown on FB, received pansy sweatshirt!! Would never have ordered sweatshirt. Pull in left sleeve. Very disappointed.

Took nearly 2 months to arrive, when I finally received part of my order(only 1 item was shipped) the item was completely different to the description on the site. I ordered a knitted sweater and a cheaply made sweatshirt arrived with scratchy plastic stitching on the neckline. It would cost me too much to return

I ordered the robin on branches expecting it to be a chunky knitted cardigan but when I came it was made of nylon material with printed pattern not embroidered as stated I will never buy from this company again
They are robbing people

I purchased 2 knitted cardigans with embroidered pictures on them. They arrived and look nothing like the pictures on their website. The fabric is not knitted, it is cheap nylon with printed designs, not embroidered at all. They are quite ugly and I would never wear them. They look like a very cheap nylon hoodie instead of a nice knitted and embroidered cardigan. Never buy from this company.

We ordered from this company with the full understanding that what was coming was a print of a pattern not knitted material. I think it took 3-4 weeks for the items but shipping was included as we spent over $100. These are prints and designs you aren't going to get at Target or Kohls so If you are thinking you want them for an upcoming holiday give factor in the shipping time. Our order came at the end of February and the prints are Easter.

My mum has ordered a item from this company about 2 months ago and still not received it. No email reply. This site is a scam and needs removing.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!

Waited over a month for delivery. When it arrived the items were nothing like the photos on the website. the photos are of knitted items but you get printed sweatshirt fabric. Please do not order from this company it is a scam and there's nothing you can do about it. Emails are totally ignored.

This company is a scam do not trust them I ordered what I thought was a lovely woollen jumper and instead I got a sweatshirt which is the wrong size I ordered 2 and got a lot of rubbish anyone reading this please do not buy from them.
