Unprofessional and hostile
They messed up my order (twice), thus causing me to loose half of the profit of my print sales, as I had to resend prints at my own expense all over Europe.
You’d expect a professional print house to know and be able to cut size A3 correctly.
They did not offer to compensate in any way, although mistake was entirely theirs. They did not even apologise, it was more like ”oh, how unfortune” kind of reaction.
They did provide me with new prints to replace the faulty ones. (Well, obviously, although they later tried to frame this as generosity on their part, although the mistake was entirely theirs.)
But the replacement prints were produced on thinner, lower-quality paper, and the color reproduction was visibly worse than in the original order. Unfortunately, by that point the situation had already consumed a significant amount of time and energy, and I did not have the capacity to restart the process again.
I should have disputed the invoice but I didn’t.
Also, my Finnish bank refused to make the payment to their Estonian bank account (tried 4 times).
This experience wasted my time, was financially damaging and professionally unacceptable.
When I published my reviews online, they demanded I take them down.
Avoid this print house. Incredibly unprofessional and incompetent service.
