Just received my frame today. It is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Very well made, no gaps in the corners and corners match up. That's a big thing to me. Measurements are perfect. Will definitely use again!!

The frames are always the right size…
The frames are always the right size and well made. They custom fit Diamond painting. My only problem this time was that when UPS delivered them, both packages had been opened on one stapled end. Fortunately the frames were not damaged. UPS also left the frames in the yard, instead of on the porch, so I almost missed finding them. I will continue buying these frames.

This is a great company to get frames from. The only trouble I've had is having to fight to get a new frame sent one a broken one is received. Excellent pricing and shipping times. I really like being able to put a image in the frame so I can pick the proper one.

My first shipment did not go well
My first shipment did not go well, the glass was broken and the frame was damaged. When I shipped it back there gave me the option to reorder, or get a
Refund. I reorder and was happy with how fast i got it, and this time it was in good shape. The frame worked out well and now is hanging in my dining room wall

The frame looks wonderful with golds & oranges
The frame looks wonderful with the painting! The gold accent complements its yellows and oranges. The packaging was very thorough and nothing was damaged in shipping. My only complaint was the 12 metal darts were in the wrong place (my canvas was 1/2" deep) so I had to painstakingly remove each with plyers to not cause any damage.

5 stars! & I'm picky. I looked forever & especially for the price point! I ordered 16 of the same frames & no issues & even the GLASS was clean! Ok, only 1 glass had a tiny scratch, can't even tell once the frame was actually up. Admittingly, I ordered them through Walmart- here's why. I was concerned about issues & I didn't want the S&H hassle to send back (Walmart I can walk in). So. I'd definitely trust them in the future for my projects!! Really decent frame at 16 for $300ish. I'd LOVE to add photos!!

Arrived shattered, replacement still hasn't
Ordered a frame Aug 30 for a special occasion. OnTrac delivered it Sunday, Sep 6 — you could hear the broken glass before opening the box.
Requested a replacement Sep 7. No response. Called Sep 10, then had to photograph shards of glass to prove it. Approved Sep 12, replacement promised. It's Sep 13 and nothing has shipped. The occasion passed while I waited.
Meanwhile they found time to email me "Enjoy Your New Purchase."
The packaging failed, the carrier is a known problem, and the claims process puts the burden entirely on the customer. Two stars at best.
