Beware and pls dont loose your money. These people are scamming people and making money and they are so free and openly doing it.

First of all they dont sell these products that they list on their website. They scam people and get money.

I am writing this message publicly to bring attention to an ongoing and unresolved issue that has caused significant financial and emotional distress to my family and me.
In June 2025, I placed an order for a lamp worth INR 36175 through thewebsite. To date, the product has not been delivered. For over 1 year, I have been consistently following up with you to request a refund, but I have not received the amount or a clear resolution.

In an effort to resolve this matter in good faith, my brother personally visited your Bangalore office on two separate occasions to discuss this directly with you. During these interactions, we were informed that a cheque would be issued for the refund. Unfortunately, the cheque provided was returned unpaid, further adding to our frustration and loss of trust.
We have made every reasonable attempt to handle this matter privately and professionally. The continued delays, lack of accountability, and financial loss have left us feeling deeply disappointed and distressed.

I have ordered this product with bit of hesitation and completely relied the team out of blinded trust. I had a mixed emotions before I place two sculptures worth of 13k on prepaid. They have taken a bit more than to deliver than expected but there was a response from their end always either sorry or request for further update. Finally product got delivered as expected as it worth the wait. Thanks for the wonderful product.

I gone and visited the office location before purchasing. They have office in Bangalore. It is startup handling business. After confirming with them, I placed order. Now received my order valued about 27,000.

Product quality and delivery is good. Just they need to update website need products and immediate Email response.

It’s a fake one don’t order anything in it I have ordered a product on February and not yet delivered they respond from only what’s app and they will tell they will check but no response at all and they didn’t even lift the cal

I ordered Bird Cage Wall Art on 15/1/25. Received the order and it is still beautiful in my living Room. I want to inform artycraftz team to update the delivery date, so that we don't call or message often

The products which I got is good. I have ordered some of return gifts for my engagement. Received in a good way. After done pre-payment I was worried after sometime will get or not but as promised, I have received my return gift. By pricing is good and package is also in a good way. Customer support through email is smooth and convenient. The recommended person name Venkatesh Armugam is keep in touch until the product is delivered. My suggestion is to update the tracking directly through website itself than email for bulk orders also.

Recently purchased a decorative wall clock for new apartment.. I had gone through review after placing order. But felt are they for real? But when I received the wall clock I was impressed. I think I will be shopping with artycraftz in future.

Really got good experience with these guys. I thought after reading all the reviews whether shall I get my products or not but thankful to god I have received the items. The products for my marriage and received before 2 days itself before my marriage. One suggestion is that they has to update their website artycraftz.com. Anyway Thanks.

25 days back I ordered a bamboo fountain from artycraftz.com. I received the bamboo fountain in good condition and they have to work on delivering the product within the as mentioned time I would buy the items from artycraftz.com in the future and recommended my friends also
