I had a very disappointing experience with this service. The quality did not match expectations, and communication was poor. I faced issues that were not properly resolved, and overall the service felt unreliable. I would not recommend this based on my experience.

I bought the "Lifetime Plan C" on 2025-01-25. Right off the bat, none of their emails were being sent to me, and it took days to resolve. The plan says it has "Support 24/7" but based on my experience, this is not the case. And on weekends, I never get a response until early Monday morning at best. Response timestamps make me think they are outside the US and only work during their time zone's work hours.

Their chat is worthless and seems to be a bot named Alex, and I can not seem to get even a basic answer out of it. And whatever "answer" I do get most of the time ends the conversation, with no response to anything else you enter.

I am still very unsure about this company and its service.

It is even more concerning that the review I put in here will threatened to take away if I don't Supply my name my phone number or my full name my phone number and some kind of reference number which I'm not sure what it is

I have lost my domain name because of ARZ Host. I have paid and renewed my domain name and it seemed like my domain name was renewed. However, I couldn’t set the name servers due to an error by ARZ Host. I tried to contact ARZ Host by email, phone, and WhatsApp for over 6 months, but I had never gotten a response. Then someone contacted me from an unofficial email saying that I never renewed my domain and it is lost already. I have my renewal invoice and confirmation with dates, and I have opened a complaint case with ICAAN. ARZ Host is a great place if you want to pay, get no services, and lose your domain names, business, money, and time!

They do a good job responding to issues and fixing problems

Have been using arzhost successfully for a couple of years for e-mail hosting. Have had a couple of minor problems that were solved quickly by support. However last week everything capped out. Unable to connect to use email, unable to connect to Cpannel, and can't get anything support through ticket, chat, or phone. So totally Unusable and messed up...

3/17/22 Supposedly azhost wants additional details about how useless the service and support are. My e-mail services completely stopped worked a d I attempted to contact support in multiple ways - through web support request, phone, and e-mail. Azhost compelling ignored support requests and couldn't get through by phone for 3 or 4 weeks. They finally responded after this time that problem was fixed when it wasn't several times. Finally just have up attempting to use e-mail services since nothing worked. After months e-mail seems to finally be fixed but operates very slowly - sometimes seems days to get e-mail through forwarding I set up to replacement e-mail addresses.

How bad are they, well totally useless and unusable. Services didn't work for months and support was non-existant. So completely and totally useless for custom e-mail domain..

Undoubtedly arzhost stand for its quality and transparent pricing.Great service as always.

Its customer support is in high spirit with customers and help them out in quick response not only by chat support but also with required remote support.

Most of the webhosting providers offer complex VPS hosting features really confounded. But it’s easy to use as well as its affectability is noteworthy.
