So glad we found this little company! Me and my Daughter love anything whimsical, Nature related or spooky so this was an absolute gem to find! Its so difficult to find unique, quality 925 silver gemstone,crystal jewellery! I had been looking for a while to add to my collection when i found the page on instagram! The packaging is stunning! The detail and care that you can see, goes in to each and every order is lovley. All of our items have been sent quickly and packed beautifully! The detail that goes in to each piece is incredible! I did not see anywhere on the as above website to leave reviews and photos? which we would love to do! Will definitely be purchasing more jewellery and would 100% recommend this company 😊 Thank you As above!

I was looking for just the right gift for my daughters flat mate. She loves woodland themes and toadstools so i started searching for the perfect gift. Found "As Above" online and within minutes found just the thing. A Stirling silver charm bracelet complete with toadstool, leaf and acorn. Beautiful and delicate. What i didn't expect was the incredible packaging! A lovely box and within was a pretty envelope with jewelry instructions, inside of that was tissue and paper crinkles and inside that a little decorated box with the bracelet inside. This company should be called 'Above and Beyond'. So absolutely thrilled with my buy i will be back again in the future. Thank you so much for the exceptional care and attention to detail.

Their jewellery is so unique, reasonably priced as well as durable. I work as a student nurse and my rings all still look brand new.

The packaging itself is always a work of art too, I always look foward to my As Above packages arriving because of the beautiful art and stickers that come in the box! Delivery is always super quick and it makes a great gift to send someone because of how beautiful the packages always are.

My partner bought me the "Secret Garden" necklace for my birthday after heavily hinting for that I would love some jewellery from this company after seeing them advertised all the time on Facebook. The necklace he chose was one that I had hoped for but sadly we were both a little disappointed. Firstly the aesthetics of the packaging is probably one of the best I've seen from a company, he didn't have any complaints about delivery but did mention they didn't get back to him when he messaged about a code not working (this is at the time of my birthday 15.07) the disappointment comes from the gem stones in the necklace, on the photo they are bright green but in real life they are tiny and we can't see any colour at all. The green is what attracted us to this necklace (and the snail) I've tried looking at it under different lighting, with my camera but no colour is showing. The necklace is smaller than expected but that's on us for not checking the size - it does make the detail more impressive (I'm only saying this to give you a heads up to check the size) . There is no hallmark but that is probably because it's small/light. I just feel that the photos are a little misleading and sadly that now means the fairly long list I wanted from this company is now going in the bin because I can't trust the photos to be true to life.

They have lots of happy customers so I'm sure this isn't the normal but it is my experience.

I sent the below review after not being able to wear or return a pair of earrings I bought. I didn’t contact the company since a closer read of the website revealed that earrings can’t be returned. However Vicki emailed me straight away with an offer to send me larger hoops which would fit my ears, at no charge. Not only did she send them, she included hooks as well just in case. I’ve never received such superb customer service in my life, and the new hoops are perfect. The website is so well put together you don’t realise this is a tiny (just two people) business. Genuinely a company which deserves as much support as it can get. I’ve left my original review below so you can see how mistaken a person can be about a company.

Nearly £40 with postage for a pair of earrings I can only throw in the bin. 13mm hoop which is huggie size, no problem. But the post is so short it won’t go all the way through my ear so can’t close it. And earrings can’t be returned. Also sent by Royal Mail which means you have to stay in all day in the hope they’ll actually turn up. Unless you want to pay even more for delivery. Certainly won’t be going back. I’d return them if I could but I can’t so in the bin they go

As above was a great company to deal with, I emailed them about the items I wanted to order and their response was quick very clear and answered my question.
Once ordered my items arrived very quickly, and they are absolutely stunning pieces of jewellery, they are for an 18th birthday present and I'm sure they will be well loved.

Lovely packing x great service

Bought a snail ring from this "company" it cut my thumb in multiple places, asked to return it (I tried to alter the ring as I saved up for it for a long time, and thought I could stop myself getting cut from a piece of jewellery, I made them aware of this and this sadly didn't work so I still needed to return it) they said to post it, no specifications on how, so I popped it in an envelope and sent it back to the address given, they've now claimed they never recieved the ring, I put my address on incase it was lost, it hasn't come back to me so I believe they recieved the ring but as I stupidly didn't send it tracked as that wasn't what they asked, I believe they've kept the ring and denied receiving it. Such rude and argumentative responses too, they are now refusing any refund or anything, so I am left with scars on my thumb from a piece of jewellery, no jewellery item as it was sent back and I am also £40 odd down.

Dont order from them. Jewellery is extremely poor quality and girls running the business are awful.

Reported to trading standards and other revenues.
