After looking at the website for ages I decided to go ahead and buy the "just a phase" ring and couldnt resist a small pendant necklace which was in the sale.
Both I'm delighted with and wear on a daily basis.
Already have my eye on a couple more pieces and will definitely be buying more.

Bought a ring that bent and scratched within an hour of wearing it, owner accused me of causing the damaging with literally zero proof. I took photos of the ring before posting it back as proof but they kept saying it was badly scratched. If the ring can be so badly scratched after an hour of wearing while I sat at home then that's proof it's poor quality. I emailed within less than a day of receiving them, initially wanting to return two that didn't fit, after an hour of wear the third become bent and showed the poor quality. Very cheap material and not suitably made for something you wear on your hands. I returned the ring the next day only to be told I could get store credit or they could fix it and return it at my expense (the expense being the heavy cost of reposting). I reiterated that the item was faulty but they said refunding it would "leave us out of pocket". Quite happy for a customer to be out of pocket after selling poor quality items though. If they are happy to accept the item back for store credit it's purely about keeping my money rather than providing quality products or good customer services.
I felt they tried to guilt trip me because they were a small business, argued with me over email in a patronising way and I'm shocked they are happy to sell this low standard of jewellery.

I made no mention of a bad review when communicating with the owner so in no way "held them to ransom" I felt obliged to make others aware for them to make their own mind up.

The jewellery is similar to the drop shipped stuff you find from shein et al. AVOID!!

Bought earrings and a ring, the earrings were great, no issue with those. The ring turned my finger green within 2 days. I was given an explanation that this was normal and the ring was definitely silver. However I only ever wear silver rings (and wear 7 daily) this is the only time that this has happened so I’m not convinced the materials they use are of the quality they say and I’m now left with a ring I’m unable to wear which is disappointing.

Update - after their reply stating the ring is tarnishing - to clarify it turned my finger green - buffing with a cloth won’t stop this from happening and again this has never happened with any of my other silver jewellery. So it is unwearable.

Gorgeous jewellery, I treated myself to the Bracken ring and it’s perfect! Great service too, it arrived much faster than I was expecting. Will definitely treat myself to more pieces.

I purchased an ivy leaf necklace as a reminder of my granddaughter, Ivy, who has recently passed away.

Really pretty and unusual pieces, beautifully packaged. My wife was delighted with her Monstera set. Unfortunately however the chain broke. I let them know, and we had a replacement chain, free of charge, in 2 days. I cannot praise them enough, and even better they are a UK small business, so you know your money is going to actual people, not vast corporations.

Highly recommend! Cannot fault this brand at all. I never normally leave reviews for things but I’m so happy with my purchases I just had to! I ordered two necklaces, a pair of earrings, a ring and I received a free pair of studs with my order and everything is STUNNING real intricate little details and I’ve gotten loads of compliments on them! I’ve even kept the box and packaging because it’s all just so beautiful. I love that they use recycled materials and everything feels quite substantial and weighty in a good way. Will definitely purchase again.
